This is a great tool! I had a glitch one day, but it was fixed immediately.

I cancelled my account and they are still charging me and they provide no customer service telephone number. Impossible to receive an email back. I either have to close my account or continue paying for a crap service I don't use.

Complete waste of money - broken software and highly inaccurate data.

I signed up for a 1-month trial of Alura, and it has been quite frustrating. The software is riddled with bugs. The "Product Research" tool constantly showed 0 results for massive Etsy niches.

Worse, when I checked my own shop's metrics, Alura's data was wildly inaccurate. Therefore, I cannot trust other shops data would be accurate.

Notice on Alura dashboard I could click to try the new dashboard and it just hung up and was spinning. It would never load to the new dashboard.

Disappointed.

Edited: On 6/26/26 I went into my account to close it. I am not able to. A notice says I need to delete my workspace first. I get an error when trying to do so. One is also not allowed to delete your own billing card from the system. What an extremely poor system. I did send them an email to resolve this and will update.

An extremely helpful and useful tool for optimising Etsy store listings, and so much more! Used on a daily basis and discovering new parts of the software every day.

The AI ​​isn't that smart; it suggests titles that don't follow their own guidelines.
The tags aren't top-notch either, and you risk missing some important ones.
Support says they'll respond within 3 hours, but I've been waiting over a day now.

I don't recommend it.

Beware when you purchase from this company ,after your 1st purchase they enter you into a subscribtion without your knowledge and continue to take payments from your bank account.
