Honestly, I was dreading the hard sell which I had experienced from other companies, but this was not the case here at all.
I explained I wanted the conservatory roof insulated so the room could be utilised and look more attractive.
The salesman Neil, listened and quoted the job with no pressure applied, he was personable and professional.
The guys who completed the job, Arun and Lee were friendly and hard working, they worked tirelessly and cleaned up scrupulously after themselves. There was a slight issue that I recognised and this was handled really well by Neil who revisited and then by Tom the manager. The guys Arun and Lee came back and did everything they could to make sure I was happy, at no point did they make me feel uncomfortable for calling them back.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and have such faith in them that I have ordered new doors and windows to be fitted, which I am looking forward to.

Amazing Glazing have just installed our new Front Door and side panel. I can only thank them for providing one in just the style, colour and quality we wanted. Thank you for such a swift, efficient, tidy and friendly service and special thanks to Steve L for fitting a fabulous door! Certainly would recommend and use them again.

I had to withdraw from my agreement to purchase an outside door and was concerned that this might be "difficult". And I was embarrassed as I had received excellent service, professional advice I trusted by very pleasant, intelligent people. But the acknowlwdgement and deposit refund was instantaneous and courteous so I would certainly put my faith in this company and its people to do the right thing by its customers.

Had a fitter come round named stevie T. Great service. Had his work cut out for him but got the job done to a great standard. Good bloke and even better service. Thankyou. It’s looks amazing.

Had replacement windows & conservatory doors fitted by Stevie T. who did an amazing job. Turned up on time, worked through the day without stopping,explaining everything as he went. Cannot praise him highly enough.

New patio sliding door fitted today by Stevie T. Workmanship, attitude and price were very good.Happy with the installation.

All the people I had contact with were very helpful and genuine: in the office, the manager and the team that did the work.

We had our French doors done first and there were problems but this has been fixed and apologies made. Sometimes mistakes happen it is how it is handled that is important.

Secondly we had all our windows re-fitted by Stevie T, a super friendly and hard working man. He did a great job and all the while with a smile on his face.

From initial contact too fitting of the insulation to the conservatory roof, all went as discussed.
Marcus and Ben our fitters did a marvellous job.

Very pleased with replacement windows and french doors. Everyone I dealt with were very professional and courteous, from initial contact with Andy, to the 2 fitters Steve T+L

Everything with Amazing Glazing was a great experience.
Everything was priced very reasonably and best of all, NO HARD SELL used at all.
Sales lady Karen came to do the original inspection and help sort design changes etc.
Ross then came out to do final measurements.
Installation was carried out by Stevie T, Aaron & Lee. All very clean & friendly workers. The guys took pride in their work fitting all the windows and doors in 2 days.
Tom in the office was also very helpful and sorted out a couple of errors very quickly and easily.
Everybody representing this company deserves a pat on the back. All very dedicated and lovely people.
Will definitely recommend this company to anyone else wanting new windows/doors.

Just had a front door fitted and cannot recommend these guys enough. The sales lady( Karen) was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions, (ross) then came out to measure everything up and he was fab. Then the icing in the cake was Stevie T who actually fitted the door for us. Really nice guy and extremely professional. As a tradesman myself it was so nice to have someone take such pride in the work and actually do an amazing job and it definitely wasn't a straightforward fit. The price was also very competitive. Would definitely recommend if u are looking to get work done.

Very professional company from start to finnish. We had a few issues with our Sun room but they sorted that out and the finnish was amazing. Noticed the difference already with heat.

Glen was very professional and everything was all cleaned and cleared after it was finnished.

Today I had a problem with my front door after a delivery man damaged my door. I telephoned Tom at the company at around 1pm and by 2.45pm he had got one of his guys called Ben to call round and fix it for me. AMAZING service or what!
I Live on my own and was panicking about not being able to close the door overnight but they came and sorted me.
I am so grateful to them and couldn’t have had better service or a nicer guy than Ben to do the repair

We had a warm roof installed on our conservatory through this company. The communication and customer service was excellent and the work carried out by Ben was highly professional. We are really pleased with the work and the help and support we received throughout the process

The installation guys were absolutely great.Stevie T and Steve L really new what they were doing and worked well together while having a laugh along the way. The finished product looks fab,along with neighbours agreeing also. Tom,at the office was polite and informative about dates of arrival,how many days to complete etc. We are happy,thanks Guys.
