This is a scam! This company is in no way affiliated with Amazon, nor are they accredited with the BBB. They are listed as a sole-propriatorship, with several complaints against them.
I was contacted by "David Anderson" a supposed publishing consultant, who's number is blocked from backround checks.
My girlfriend got on the website and was contacted by another "David Anderson", who could barley write engish properly, where as the "David" that contacted me spoke, and wrote english perfectly.
They could not provide any viewing of the editorial team I was to work with, quoting that that part of their website was down...
There are 3 of these "AmazonProfs" websites, and I have no idea which, if any of them are legit.

Veronica has been very helpful with my book publication. My many emails and texts, and phone calls have been discussed and responded to quickly. As a first-time author Veronica has guided me through the process and has been very patient with my mistakes. Thank you for your VF. Anxious to see the final product.

Only one difficulty - Background phone noise was always very loud and at times I could only hear half of the conversation requiring her to repeat or go to text/email. This is an environmental/technology issue.

Although I possess a large vocabulary, it is hard for me to find the right words to express my gratitude to Veronica Fallon for her help. My experience with Amazon Profs have been a little frustrating in that the publishing took a bit longer than I expected, but Veronica Fallon took over and was very efficient and helpful. She phoned regularly and went through everything step by step. We have not yet completed the whole process as yet but we are almost there and I am truly grateful for her professionalism and her clarity of explanations. I know that I'll be fully satisfied with her and the team when the job is done. I will surely recommend Amazon Profs to others.

My new book was published through Amazon. I have worked with Sr. Project Manager Zoe Morgan for the last month or so, having her prepare my new book to be published through Amazon, and with her expertise, she has made my book look professional. With her knowledge of the publishing process, as in cover design and formatting, my book looks great. I would recommend Zoe Morgan to do your book. In fact, I will use her again with my next book.

I lie the book. The large print is excellent. I am disappointed because I spent enormous amount of money because my name on first book was wrong. Left out the N of my first name. I sent a text and and email for corrections. Have copy. It cost me nearly a thousand dollars. I am retired and on a budget. Veronica was responsive. She returned my calls and messages. The book is beautiful.

I had a horrible experience working with this company. Eventually I canceled our agreement and requested a refund. They agreed to a refund of $475.00 and sent me documents stating that they issued the sum to my credit card and I should allow 7 days for the credit to arrive. I contact the CC company after 14 day, and they informed me that the Amazonprofs claim might be bogus. Now they aren't taking my calls. I don't like companies that scam their clients.

My personal contact for re-publishing my cookbook was Joe Walker. He was very responsive to any questions and informing me regarding the process. He and his team seem very professional. I was able to order some of my books yesterday and am thrilled!
