I have been working with Veronica. She has been professional, caring, dedicated to my needs in a publisher and always is available to answer questions, concerns and resolves them. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and will continue to work with Veronica on my additional books.

I am a new young Author who wrote the novel “Serenity” which is now on Amazon by Shareena A. Innis, and I must say I was a little nervous to work with Amazon Profs at first; this is my first book that I ever published and I put so much funds into this project I was afraid they would scam me because I never heard of them before until I looked up self publishing companies. I also initially wanted to first meet the publishing team in person or virtually before trusting anyone with funds, but they didn’t scam me I thank God for that !! They actually helped me bring my book to life i couldn’t believe it ! The cover of my book came out exactly how I asked and everything with the help of Amazon Profs team members, Dave Smith who helped me get started with the publishing process and Stacey Albert who helped me finished getting it published. I am so thankful for their patience with me because this project was very time consuming. Thank you so much again Amazon Profs ! Thank you.

I was very insecure about publishing my 1st book and my representative Max may things so comforting and easy. He was available anytime I needed to speak and went out of his way to schedule times to speak with me and review illustrations. My book is not yet published but I feel confident that they will do me well!
