After struggling with the concept of owning GLD ETF (what exactly is that and how could it be manipulated), to having my purchase stored in some warehouse, I finally found American Bullion (advertised on WMAL in Washington, D.C.) where I can possess the commodity and execute my own safekeeping measures!
Finis help me get past the hesitations associated with "long distance transactions" and chose a well timed opportunity for me to buy in. He was diligent about the details of the transaction including the wire transfer, reporting status at each step of the way, and kept me updated on the status of my order shipment with UPS tracking number and named the arrival time (within 15 minutes!) allowing me to be at the residence to sign for the purchase.
Excellent service! I will be maintaining an open account to accommodate buying opportunities in the future.

Being in sales myself I definitely appreciated Jarred's tenacity and follow-up. It took about a year to finally get the ball rolling (no pun intended) with my rollover to a gold and silver portfolio. It was only because of Jarred's continued, but not bothersome follow-up calls that I had a solid place to go to once my finances finally lined up. He know who I was as soon as I called him, and made me feel very appreciated for calling back.

I have reviewed the transaction and somewhat disappointed that the buy in price i was allowed was somewhat higher than the market price on the day of the transaction, resulting in a lower initial net ounces. I have also not yet received the information needed to review my account and track my investment. I have high hopes that this initial experience will not be a foreshadowing of future results and expectations. I'm looking forward to mutually satisfactory results based on your advice/experience.

sharoni really tried to push proof coins onto me even though i expressed my extreme disinterest in them. i am not at all happy with the service. she did not want to sell me what i wanted, only what she wanted to.

i see your weak reply here. if you read my review again you will see that i never said my purchase was wrong or that i was forced. these are your words, not mine. what i said was that i was pushed hard over and over. i did finally agree to buy some proof but have regretted it since. your broker could have been much more receptive to my wishes instead of trying to make the biggest profit she could off of me. that is why i was left feeling dissatisfied.

My sales person was very patient and answered all my questions in extreme detail. He sent me to websites, would email me answers to all my inquiries. I did a lot of research and felt 100% confident I made the right decision. Being a very meticulous person I needed to be reassured that American Bullion was looking out for my best interest. I set up a Precious Metal IRA through them. The set up process went great but when it came to actually buying the gold to put into the account things quickly went bad. First they tried to talk me into buying something I did not want. When that did not work, they gave me a price that was $153.34 per gold coin over their own websites price. They had me cornered and I felt I had to accept it in order to get the metal into the IRA.

I recently transferred a sizeable amount of money to American Bullion from a former employer 401K account. I was made aware of the gold backed IRA program and was pleased to have Jon Nelson assist me in the transfer. The process was very easy and painless.
