It all started with a subscription to Business Insider. An ad popped up to start a gold IRA and I signed up. This is how I got a call from Jordan French. I did some investigation and decided to work with American Bullion. I already had made my mind to invest in gold; Jordan convinced me that there couldn't be better time than this. He explained the process in detail. He and Jarred handled all calls very efficiently and professionally. I was impressed by the secure document exchange and prompt return of calls. Due to the time difference, I called in off hours and there was always someone to pick up my call and take the message. The transfer from my former 401k plan went relatively well. Jordan was so convincing that I invested higher amount than what I initially had planned. The only thing left to be done now is the review of the statement and confirmation of the storage transfer. I would definitely recommend their business.

Phil Owens was very persistent in trying to get me on the phone. I work long hours in Wisconsin, and even with the time difference, Phil would call every couple days. He was always very friendly and helpful. I am very happy after dealing with Phil and American Bullion.

I have used Phil Owens of American Bullion a few times now to purchase silver to be added to my IRA. Phil has always been extremely helpful and friendly. He easily and effectively answers any questions I have without making me feel like he's just rushing to get off the phone with me. All transactions have been easy and well handled. I would have to say Dan Silic is one of the best senior account executives that I've ever worked with. The rollover of my traditional IRA account into a gold bullion IRA account was unbelievable the completion and transactions in forwarding of documents and not to mention the professional help I got from Mr. Silic was awesome. Agent is busy and hard to contact sometimes. However he made early morning appointments once aware I was trying to contact him. Overall Am Bull completion of transactions and forwarding of documents of liquidqted assets needs to be faster.
