My rep Phil went above and beyond! He was very knowledgable about the product and was extremely helpful! He patiently helped me nativigate over the phone where I needed to go on the website and which forms needed to be signed. I wanted to open a gold Ira for sometime but I didn't know how to go about it. I found the website somehow by accident. Your rep Phil was there every step of the way and just helped make the process so easy, which helped eliminate any stress I originally felt. I will refer this product to others and recommend Phil.
