It was the best group of crew members we have had in our 9 cruises. Caleb and Maria were the best.

The staff, the presentations and expeditions, the food & drinks, and the beautiful scenery.

We liked the variety of excursions offered. It was super easy to got off and on the ship for excursions. Loved the talks by Katie. Our one dining attendant sabella was amazing and went above and beyond to make dining super!! Small shop was a bonus as we made some great people!

Staff was great. Love the phone app! We had such great excursion experiences. The 250 birthday experience was emotional but done well.

Great staff, always helpful and pleasant. The guest speaker was very engaging and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and being able to order two half portions made it easy to taste lots of things.

This was our first time cruising with ACL. The smaller ship was a plus as it got us into places in Alaska that the larger ships couldn't go.

Our cabin was neat and clean. The staff were friendly. Having things like "free" wi-fi, drinks, and self-serve free laundry was appreciated. Also, we made use of the complimentary excursions.

The food was generally good. However, we noticed that the soups weren't always very hot (in the main dining room). One suggestion: when in Alaska, perhaps adding Baked Alaska as a desert would be appropriate.

The enrichment presentations by Bill Wiemuth and Laura Sable were excellent. They provided great information on Alaska's history and the ports that we would be visiting.

The "lounge" TV channel was convenient. When we were tired, we just watched the entertainment from our cabin.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

I had high expectations, but this cruise was much better than I had hoped. The Youtube videos don't do it justice. Going through the locks was an amazing experience. The high desert hills that look brown in videos are actually sage green and gorgeous. There were plenty of included excursions to historic, cultural and geologic sites, and it didn't have a commercialized feel. I highly recommend the dot painting excursion too; I brought home a new hobby! The cruise staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The decor on the ship was appropriately classy without being ostentatious, the food was fantastic, and here's the best recommendation: I signed up for another ACL cruise next year.

Excellent staff all the way. JoAnn Funk is the best Riverlorian we have seen in 6 American waters cruises. Crew very helpful helping out with Marsha's walker. Restaurant and bar staff delightful.

Service and staff were great. The rooms were nice. If we are talking about the tours on land, that was great. The tours on the Cruise were disappointing as far as the guides. The views were great. Canyon Lodge was awful. Cold food, terrible room.

It was a wonderful week. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Joann, the guest speaker, was an absolute treasure.

Crew was awesome! Enrichment was above and beyond! (Joanne Funk). Food was best of any cruises I’ve been on. Taste spectra and desserts were far above any cruise line (Patrick).

The booking/flight people all the down to the actual boat crew are all excellent and obviously well trained.
I filled out the other post cruise survey and I forgot to mention Patrick. He greeted us near our room and he was very curious and helpful, I did mention several other crew members in the survey also.

It was a wonderful experience.

Cruising time on the river; tribal introduction; key staff members interacting with us; meeting some wonderful people. Feel the staffing issues, especially wait staff, caused delays in food service despite the hard work your “regulars” put in to serve guests. Some wait times were over 45 minutes, along with running out of essentials such as wine glasses. For wait staff, suggest in your corporate 4 day training you include paying attention to the details in food service. Seems like you leave that up to the existing staff onboard which takes time away from their regular duties.

Great ship and I think best food we’ve had on the 10 ACL cruises we’ve done. Staff is pleasant and efficient.

This was first cruise, I was shocked by how well customer service was. They really went out of their way to help & cater to the customer.

My wife and I just finished a cruise along the Maine coastline and had a wonderful time. The scenery, excursions, food and hospitality were outstanding. We now our booked for a cruise on the west coast to see the flora of Vancouver.

AMERICAN COMPANY!!! Clean ship, friendly stafff and always willing to help. Good food . Interesting speakera.
