The crew, the excursions

If you want a relaxing, quiet experience, this is for you. The crew is extremely helpful and patient.
A first rate adventure.

Entire crew was friendly and ready to help with whatever you wanted.

The area speaker gave a new outlook on what really happened with the pilgrims and the Indians. The talk on what was the commercial trade of the area was interesting. Food was better than I expected. I thought housekeeping was a little slow but still fine.

Excellent staff & crew. Everyone was extremely helpful. Michael was a great cruise director & Destiny was amazing & helpful. Eva was an amazing server & Bean was also very good. Colton was absolutely amazing!! Bradley, Jonathan, Doug, & Cory were all very helpful. Max & Pedo were also very good. Everyone was smiling & helpful. Food was excellent. Great, relaxing cruise

The staff was outstanding, courteous and pleasant in all situations. The food was amazing as well as the service. Such a peaceful trip!!!

The staff were attentive and helpful. I enjoyed learning about Washington and Oregon and the area’s geological past, the agriculture, and the historical significance of the area. The food was top quality.

Great courteous, customer minded staff from the top all the way through. Comfortable ship, great food, and a variety of excursion options.

The ship was beautiful, new and clean! The staff was friendly, engaging and eager to please the passengers..We enjoyed the ships expert/ historian who also engaged with the passengers and was happy to answer questions and he even filled in as a guide when the guide didn’t show up

The crew was super friendly, accommodations, were great, food was fantastic, entertainment and enrichment was outstanding, and everything about the trip did not disappoint.

Cleanliness , wonderful staff . We only had one problem when we arrived in Alaska Junea airport . We had no one to greet us , and take us to the hotel . There were about 10 of us . We had to get a van driver to take us there. So we just tipped them off. That was disappointing . And when I had the chance to pick excursions , they were filled up . That was not excepted . All other were free and were good . We like the small boats . You get to know the people better. We already booked my next one for next Sept. 2027.

The staff/crew are amazing. The warmth and kindness they extended my mother and Aunt was exemplary. We will not cruise with anyone else but ARC.

Everything was wonderful! The staff is amazing and the food was delicious! Ya'll really know how to treat your customers! Love it!!

Overall very good. Staff helpful and friendly. All areas clean and neat. Staffing in dining room could have been a bit more speedy at time. Dining staff focus seemed to be on friendly at the expense of fast efficient service at time. Waiting more than10 minutes between cours s was too much regardless of cheerfulness.

Airboat excursion unique but could have been informative about geology and history of surroundings. Also this excursion was too long by about 40 minutes.

Variety for lunch menu in dining room might have included a lighter option each day. Some days did but others did not. Soup or salad is always welcome. For dinner , more fish options would have been nice, but im not sure what the season allowed

This was our 5th cruise and it did not disappoint. Staff was great, food was great and we met some wonderful people. Was disappointed that our itinerary was changed because of protesters but the places we went to were great with great tours. The historian on board was very friendly informative and did a great job. We booked our 6th cruise while on board to take advantage of the discount. One thing is more single rooms would be great. We met a traveling couple who required 2 single rooms and they couldn’t book a future cruise for a 2 plus years. So you lost them.

I USE A WALKER, AND THE STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. There were some passengers with wheelchairs and each person was given attention, courtesy and respect.

Food was of excellent quality and well cooked. Requests for changes were always met with a smile and “of course we can” My only critique would be that there was little lighter fare for those of us who are small eaters. I would have loved a bread and soup option for lunch….or maybe a something like a lemon mousse for dessert instead of cake, pies, ice cream.

Please, please change your current laundry pods for dye and perfume free ones.

My main criticism was the internet, which went in and out about every 5 minutes. It was exceedingly frustrating, and very surprising for a brand new ship.

Server who takes order should deliver food
Send a suggested reading list before sailing
Longer bar hours in lounge

Excellent excursions, delicious meals and wonderful staff. Great balcony room.
Christopher from Goshen CT made experience on Sundeck Lounge extra special. Naomi and Libby made dining experience so special. Margie is a terrific excursion manager and so personable. Chelsea and Christian made everything so smooth including signing for our next cruise. Bill was an excellent lecturer…made history come alive! Reynard Thibedeau took great care of our cabin.
