Outstanding customer service!
I am very happy with the Ancheer company and customer service! The product I ordered was not in stock and did not ship out. Once I contacted them they generously offered me an upgrade that was in stock at a discounted price. Ancheer had it shipped out immediately with priority shipping and a tracking number. I had a great experience with the customer service and highly recommend Ancheer!

I purchased an Ancheer bike more than a few yrs ago and needed a new battery.
My battery type was no longer produced but the good folks at Ancheer are sending me an upgrade.
No parts or service
No parts or service. Dead beat staff. I just threw mine away because getting parts (as predicted) is not convenient at all and I spent way too long trying to get tires, and once again, having to try and coax a dead beat staff to try and get me something as easy and necessary as tires. They ruined my experience and my faith of ever owning one again.....GO WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND NOT ANCHEER. Shame on amazon for selling these bikes that only last until the tires go bad. Pretty upset with Ancheer here.

I don't say it lightly, I purchased a replacement part, they sent me the wrong part and refuse to pay for the return or to send the part I purchased with the excuse that I didn't order the correct part for my bike anyway. John the 'answering service guy' is very unprofessional and rude.

Worlds worst customer service. They literally will reply once and then never again. They don’t care, they won’t help. Both bikes I bought, the batteries died, I cannot get a replacement because they will not tell me what battery I need to get. Cheap rubbish, don’t bother.
EDIT: following their reply I did exactly as asked and emailed them with the order numbers (2 orders, both batteries completely died). And NO RESPONSE. It’s been 2 weeks now since I emailed, they will just flat out ignore you so do not bother with this company.

Fahre jetzt seit 5 Jahren mein Mountain-EBike von Ancheer, mehrere zig-tausend KM gefahren ohne Probleme. Den Akku habe ich gegen einen mit größerer Kapazität nach ein paar Jahren ausgetauscht
Bike is a piece of junk
Bike is a piece of junk. Had less than a year and have had constant issues since I got it. No the bike refuses to function correctly and is unsafe to ride. Just out of warranty. Of course they make you pay for shipping on the parts anyway. No one responds when I call. This company is shady and I would not recommend buying from them.

THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED, I PURCHASED THE MISSING PARTS EXCEPT THE BATTERY ON THE OFFICIAL SITE ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2022, SEPTEMBER 27, 2022 AND OCTOBER 10, 2022, YES YES 2022. I HAVE RELATED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES WHO FIRSTLY INVITED ME TO BE PATIENT, THEN TELL ME OF THE UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS WHILE ASKING ME TO BE PATIENT. MEANWHILE THE BIKE HAS BROKE AND BECOME UNUSABLE AND THEREFORE GOOD FOR SCROLLING. I TRIED TO NEGOTIATE A COMMERCIAL GESTURE AND OFFER THEM TO MAKE A COMMERCIAL GESTURE FOR THE DISAGREEMENT. World Class Service
The Ancheer Team has extraordinary customer service and truly bends over backwards to accommodate their customer after sale. They provided prompt and very courteous, very friendly communication within 24 hours or less. They provide a high quality product for a great price and they waste no time in getting your e-bike to you, it's amazing. I know there are many other e-bike providers and manufacturers out there to choose from but I have encourage others to seriously look at Ancheer for their e-bike and my companion also decided to go with an Ancheer e-bike.
Non existent Customer support
I purchased a treadmill in late February of 2023. its now early August and the treadmill stopped working
when I turn it on I only get a rapid beeping. no lights, no error code. nothing.
I called Ancheer support and they told me that someone would get back to me in 48 hours. after 2 more calls and 6 more days, nothing. They are horrible!!! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE PEOPLE> THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES OR EVEN GET BACK TO YOU.
I now have a $230 paper weight.

Still trying to get a replacement battery for my bike which was recalled due to a health and safety fault(fire hazard). Ongoing now for 4 months. Still not provided a solution or answer
The customer services is bonkers
The customer services is bonkers. I'm trying to get a replacement for a recalled battery for an e-bike (the previous model literally caught fire), and I'm at 25 emails trying to get them to send me a new one. I thought I was talking to a bot at first, but I realise now that it is a human who has been instructed to stall and delay. A sample: I sent them an email 2 days ago (email #23). They respond this morning saying:
"We will arrang [sic] the new battery for you once your battery is recycled. Waiting for your reply and confirm [sic]."
I replied to their last email within 30 seconds saying "yes, please send," and got a reply a few hours later "So apologize for I am not in the office now."
Gahhhh!

I have had a great experience with the Ancheer customer service and technical team. I had a huge problem and they helped me problem-solve and resolve it with professional compassion !!! They’re great and went above and beyond to make me happy and help me !!! Tysm guys ;)

STAY AWAY
Bikes are fine just a rebrand of a frame most cheap companies do it but avoid ancheer their support is disgusting and i am raising a legal complaint against them, battery stopped working and with 3 months of warranty left i contacted them about it and they have been playing around with me delaying since june last year i raised an issue within the 12 month warranty period for the battery and they have failed and failed to provide any adequate solution and are now asking me to buy a 3rd party one from amazon when after 5 months of emails they told me they will try send one out, told me to wait 3 months for stock and they now telling me its outside warranty repeating previous messages.
