Die allerletzte Versicherung fÌr GeschÀdigte! Verlangt einen Schadenshergang nach dessen Einreichen hört man 8 Wochen Ìberhaupt nichts. Eine Nachfrage zum Bearbeitungsstand blieb unbeantwortet. Dann die Nachricht, der Fall sei einfach beendet worden.
Diese Versicherung ist genauso dilentantisch wie der Versicherungsnehmer der mir den Schaden Verursacht hat.... ein Schelm wer böses denkt.

Ich verstehe nicht warum es so viele positive Bewertungen! Ich wollte GerÀte innerhalb der 14 Tage zurÃŒckgeben und habe auf eun Tiket gewartet, da die GerÀte BEIDE defekt waren. AO wartete mit einer Antwort bis einen Tag nach Ablauf der 14 Tage und sagte dann, dass die nicht mehr zurÃŒckgenommen werden mÃŒssen, ich solle mich an den Hersteller wenden! UND DAS IN DER GEWÃHRLEISTUNG! Zuerst wurde aber versucht durch eine Ãberweisung von 7,22 Euro * das komma wurde von den 2 Stellen versetzt) die UrsprÃŒngliche Ãberweisung von 722,00 Euro als zurÃŒckgezahlt zu deklarieren, somit ist selbst der Kauf ÃŒber Amazon bei AO problembehaftet. Fazit: ein Shop, der seine Kunden mit schlechter Ware bewusst hinters Licht fÃŒhrt. Beschwerden und Anzeigen sind raus!

Do not trust these people with delivery dates. we have waited in all day Friday for them not to contact us and then for us to contact them for them to say it was out off stock!!! And then sorted another washing machine for them to deliver today (Sunday) for them now to send us saying it will be Monday.
2 days we have wasted waiting in for this company for them to let us down! Communication is very poor! And waiting time on the phone is even more of a joke!
Purchase, Installation, Aftersales - From Bad to Worse!
My washer drier purchase, installation and aftersales experience has gone from bad to worse. I'm contemplating refunding this thing just to buy it again from someone else. Fortunately the machine works.
In short, don't feel safe when getting an appliance installed, if they damage your property or belongings: "We're limited in what we can offer".
My old washer was damaged and my floor is scratched.
It started with a call to check delivery dates. On the call I decided to proceed with the purchase. I was to the point but the guy on the phone was making lots of chit chat, asking if I've got kids, what I liked about this product, why I was buying it, that lots of people like this one, if I see the vans driving around and that I'll certainly remember them now. Yes. You're right. I will remember them now. And I'll remember this whole experience!
I ended up paying £5 more on the phone than I would doing it online as selecting a day online was from £20 but the guy was seemingly only able to process £25.
It's an optional extra of, I think, £25 to take away your old machine, I didn't select this as I was selling it...
The installation day came around, they were on time, I spoke to the guy and explained about the old washer and I put some protective board down and asked him to leave it there. "Yeah we'll look after your floors mate!" A little while later I notice his colleague loading my old washer into the back of the truck. I dart outside and explain that I'm keeping it and that I'd told his colleague. "Oh I'm so used to taking them away" (Maybe save yourself £25 if you do want yours taking away, they'll do it anyway.) After getting it back off the truck, we find dents, scrapes and missing paint on what was an as-new appliance. My buyer knocked £100 off it.
I got on the phone straight away after they'd left, I was guided to upload photos to an email address. They stayed on the phone while I did this which was good. But during the course of the call it all started to seem a bit like lip service. "We're limited in what we can offer" "a gesture of good will". In what world where you damage my belongings do you offer 'a gesture of 'good will''!? If I'd damaged someone's property I'd be apologising profusely and I'd make damn sure it was all smoothed over and probably in a better condition than I left when it was all done.
This continued the following week, I took the washer to the buyers house plugged and plumed it in, fortunately it still worked. I had no digital proof of prior agreement of the price and so they only had my word to go on. They refunded half of the installation which was ~£50.
Just now I've noticed multiple long scratches in my kitchen floor and one scratch so deep its gone through the top layer of the lino. I'll be picking this up with AO again tomorrow when they're open.

Ich kann die ganzen Positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
Mir wird die gesetzlich Vorgegebene GewÀhrleistung verweigert und auf den Hersteller verwiesen. Der Support ist nur noch auf Englisch verfÌgbar und hat dort auch keine Ahnung von deutschen Gesetzen.

Terrible Customer Service! Living in a block of flats I always speak with customer services to ensure delivery will be possible. Re-assured multiple times it would not be an issue and now they are refusing delivery, refusing to install and refusing to take my old machine away. The delivery team were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
I wish I had never used this company.

I got an iPhone on Ao- Finance plan. All was good at the start payed the 1st 2 months on time. Little did i know âNewDayâ had been putting that my account was in arrears and i had to pay more and was adding interest every week. I then contacted a member of AO to be told I couldnât send the phone back (They had no reason not too!), the phone is still as new and still said no. I them offered to pay a fee to have it sent back, then got told theres nothing they can do so its a no. Currently still trying to send the phone back and getting absolutely no where with them. I 100% wouldnât recommend this to anyone.
Failed to Deliver
Ordered a washing machine and paid for a delivery slot between 12 and 5, my partner took time off work to be home for 11.45 to find that AO had left a voicemail at 10.30 saying that they had tried to deliver and no one was in.
Of course no one was in because they were supposed to deliver after 12.
Initially they tried to blame us for missing the delivery. I was told the next time they could deliver was 6 days later, yet if I went on their site and tried ordering again it was still offering next day delivery.
The only slight positive was that the member of staff I dealt with on the phone was very sympathetic and professional, and processed my refund without any fuss.
I ordered a machine from Currys which was delivered within the booked time slot,wish I had gone to them first.
I won't be using AO again

Ich hatte eine groÃartige Erfahrung mit AO. Vor kurzem habe ich eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner bei ihnen bestellt, und beide GerÀte kamen pÃŒnktlich und in einwandfreiem Zustand an. Der Bestellvorgang verlief reibungslos, und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten und dem Service, den AO bietet.
AO irresponsabile and untrustworthy
Donât buy from this company!! They will bully you when things go wrong?!! I had a freezer delivered by AO. These cowboys sent a technician who didnât know how to fit an integrated freezer. Ultimately the cowboys were rude disrespectful towards my family and could not fit a simple integrated freezer . Eventually they damaged my property and reluctantly accepted legal liability. They are now refusing to meet costs of the repairs, an estimate provided by an independent trader, which they had requested initially. They are treating me like a beggar and are only prepared to pay half of the costs. AO uk has become a bully and are now blackmailing me that they will not pay for the repairs unless i accept their half offer. They want me to contact Retail RDR who are funded by AO and are corrupt⊠just look at their reviews as they only side up with their paymaster!!dr
