The servicing of a gas boiler and fire.ailed servicing a boiler…
The worked entailed servicing a boiler and a gas fire. The engineer seemed well organised in the way he approached the work and just 'got on with it'. No fuss.
The gas fire to be serviced is very old and, not unexpectedly, he declared it unsafe for further use. He cut off the gas supply to the fire. This was a time consuming operation and would probably mean his time table for the rest of the day was scuppered. He seemed to take it in his stride.
Overall all his attitude and work practice was impressive and appreciated.

Initially good ...
I initially had a good experience with this company and wanted to use them to do some more work, but they cancelled it last minute and I could not get them to agree to come back to do the work. In the end they just blanked me and I gave up. Rude. Annoyingly they kept pestering me to give them a review for the work they didn't do, so here it is

Andy rapidly and thoroughly diagnosed my boiler issues and resolved the problem. Appointment was the next day after calling - during the recent freeze in Harrogate... I thought I'd be lucky to get an appointment within a couple of weeks!

Repairs and Gas Safety
We have used Parish for the past 2 years. We have a hot-air system which was unfamiliar to their engineers, but they diagnosed a couple of issues, told us the truth re the repairs and fixed the issues within agreed time limits.
I would thoroughly recommend them
