Prompt and efficient customer service. Competitive price. Product was well packaged with no damage. Some confusion over delivery company. Email said DPD but APC was used.

Return packaging costs

The part I ordered cost me postage and packing which is fair enough, but when I wanted to return the item as it was not suitable, the company make you pay return postage.
Not very good customer relations.
Won't be using them again.

Apelson Appliances UK Ltd からの回答

Thank you for your feedback.

We're sorry to hear that the part wasn't suitable for your needs. While we do charge for return postage when an item is no longer required or ordered in error, this is outlined in our returns policy and helps us keep our product prices as competitive as possible.

We understand that return shipping costs can be frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Your comments have been noted and will be considered as we continue to review our services and policies.
