My repair has been done by a very quick efficient service engineer.If you Don't. Count the weekend the repair took two days. This wait for a vital appliance repair might deter some customers and all the phone calls and questions

I phoned Appliance Serve on Tuesday, Dave arrived on Wednesday, identified the problem, ordered a new pump for our 13 year old washing machine and then fitted it on Friday. Who can ask for more?! Terrific service, thank you.

Replacement fan and light fitment for our oven. Kept informed on parts being ordered and delivery and fitted promptly after they were received. Andy the engineer very pleasant and completed the repair. Kept informed of arrival times.

We bought our Siemens washing machine through Applianceserve in April 2013. In March 2015 the machine failed. Applianceserve sent a local team of engineers to fix the machine 6 weeks later the machine is still not working. The engineers have voided the warranty, therefore Siemens will not respond. Applianceserve. Have offered a very low budget replacement. Applianceserve should have called Siemens as the machine is still under warranty.

We were informed of arrival time which is very handy. The engineers arrived friendly and helpful.

Repair completed to satifaction

The engineer arrived on time, previously having texted eta, got straight into discovering the fault, fixed it and tested the machine working.

I have been with appliance serve for a number of years now always swift and professional very happy and brilliant for peace of mind I don't have to suddenly find money for unexpected repairs

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to book an engineer to repair washing machine. Engineer very good. Called 15 minutes before arrived to let me know on way.

I was confident that my oven would be successfully repaired. It gives me peace of mind. No worry about hefty repair bills or having to buy a new appliance and send the old one to landfill. If they can't repair it they say they will replace it for me and recycle the old one which is more environmentally friendly.

I have been with Applianceserve for a few years now and they are absolutely fantastic. I’ve had a few things go wrong like a washing machine and tumble dryer and now my cooker, they are quick to come round and very quick to fix. I would highly highly recommend them.
