Contacting the company is straight forward with staff listening to the problem. They are polite,efficient and friendly, asking questions to ensure they have all the relevant info of the problem. We were kept informed at all times ,especially when there was an issue with the parts.
Carl the engineer was polite ,helpful
and informative all the way through dealing with the repair. The washing machine was checked to make sure it was working well then Carl pushed it back into place making sure it was were I wanted it.

No fuss no bother my cooker was mended in record time , Dave did a good efficient job.
All it took was one call to Appliance Serve.

The engineer was friendly and competent. Unfortunately my fridge freezer was found to be not repairable but he explained the process going forward for me to get a replacement.

To finally get someone to look at my hob

Tumble dryer was quite old and took 3 weeks to locate parts, but that was done and repair carried out.

Just regret not asking him other questions about the chilling function of my fridge.

Called to report problem with washing machine. Spoke to Silvia very pleasant and helpful, arranged for me to receive a call from an engineer to arrange visit. Received a call 2 hours later very pleased with service
