The long wait times, lack of responsiveness, and especially the dismissive service professional comment are completely unacceptable and not reflective of the service we’re committed to providing. You’ve clearly made every effort to get the issue resolved, and we regret that you've had to speak with multiple supervisors without getting the support you deserve.

We want to make this right.
