Happy with the service but specifically…
Happy with the service but specifically asked that the technician not ring the doorbell. Was told that a note would be made but still the doorbell was rung, waking my husband. Also have had issues with rescheduling where I’m still being reminded of the prior appointment, causing confusion.

I loved his personality (Jamal?)! He was such a sweet guy! Keep him! Very thorough with his work/application of products. He explained what he was placing around the perimeter of my home.
