I'm canceling my service for the…

I'm canceling my service for the following reasons;

1. I cannot talk to my service person on the phone. I have to call the national office.

3. They can't possibly cover my house with the small amount of application they use.
4. I have hired someone else to do my pest control.

Not really sure what I pay for

Not really sure what I pay for. I have seen more bugs after my normal monthly treatment and a week later a follow up to deal with the problem and I’m still seeing them. It’s like it’s not a bug killer but a bug attractor. The roaches are big not tiny so they’re established and we’ve had treatments for months now. The people are nice enough and I like being able to schedule a follow up through the AI after hours but if the bugs aren’t gone then what’s the point.

The last 2 treatments they did not do…

The last 2 treatments they did not do the inside, as our contract stipulates inside and out. I have been home on both dates. In fact, the only indication they were here was the sign in front. I did not see them walking my yard.

I was so much more satisfied when it was Ridd. Richard was the best pest control technician ever. He was very thorough and would tell you what he's seen and always brought a vacuum cleaner in in case he seen a bug or bugs. Not a second passerby

Don’t do it!

Unfortunately we have had a bad experience with Aptive. We contracted their services in Aug of last year for a roach problem. Aptive serviced our home for almost a year and did not decrease the roach population one bit even servicing as often as every 2 weeks. Sadly we are locked into a contract with an early termination fee so we are still paying for this service even though it is no use to us and the fact that their products are doing nothing means nothing to them when it comes to the client. We were so fed up that we contacted another provided who completely got rid of the roaches in just 3 treatments. So we are paying 2 pest control bills with only 1 service truly helping. I would never recommend aptive.

Aptive always sends out an email to…

Aptive always sends out an email to give me a heads when they will be coming to service my house. They also will txt me whenever they are on their way and always ask what I would like for them to focus on. They are willing to service inside and out, even the garage. They are always professional, officiant and quite. They don't mess around. They are in and out in no time. I have only seen 2 spiders (no other bugs) since they have been servicing my home and both times was just before my next service. I am extremely happy with my service!

I hope I don't regret saying that since beginning Aptive treatment, two roaches. Seeing that it's Florida I think that is great!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service . Technician had no clue about certain services needed to be rendered . And didn't spray half my yard after went through with him about my yard .
