American Passport & Visa International レビュー

Getting Passports and Travel Visas is as mission critical of a task as you could have. This is why I wouldn’t think of trusting anyone else other than APVI Express with my personal information. Quick, easy and secure, you would be insane to go through another service provider. APVI Express is a well oil machine that has unmatched core competencies in the industries, and I won’t hesitate to get the word by any means necessary. Please keep doing what you do.

In my most recent purchase with APVI to assist me in getting my passport they were very pleasant and assisted me quite professionally. I recommend them whole hardheadedly.

Six days before an international trip, we realized that my passport would be 3 days less than 6 months before we returned. I called APVI Express on Sunday morning, spoke with a friendly, knowledgeable person immediately, and sent my info off. Wednesday morning I had a new passport -- with 2 calm days to go before my trip. Before I called APVI Express, I tried other places that did not get back to me. FANTASTIC company. Total SIX star service! B&H

From Application to my receiving passport, APVI's service was fast, efficient, well-organized and customer supported -- also least expensive. Could not ask for more. Thanks

I signed up to travel with a company touring India and then realized my passport had expired. Though the tour was several months away, the Indian airlines could not book several internal flights without a valid passport. The tour company gave me about 3 working days to get my passport renewed. I contacted Apviexpress and within minutes they told me precisely what to do and what to expect. They met the deadline exactly and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not have had a better experience.

Did what they said and beat my time expectations Were there every step of the way

Look no further than Apviexpress, I was in need of quick turn service and Apviexpress took care of the rest. The communication is outstanding as well as the service.

I was in a bind and needed a Visa fast and really asked the impossible, yet APVI came through for me. Fast, reliable and friendly service! Highly recommended!!!! JPR

I would give this company six stars if I could. My wife and I are traveling out of the country. When we went to our "passport box," she had hers and mine was missing. I called APVI on Sunday; they were back to me in less than and hour with complete instructions and a "how to" video that guided me through the process. Then follow up calls, emails of necessary documents, and tracking numbers and additional emails to make sure the process was going as planned. I had my passport in less than 48 hours. You should know that this is process is not like ordering a pizza. It takes lots of work on your part -collecting documents, including your birth certificate (not a copy), getting a passport photo (Walgreens), filling out forms, taking everything to an "acceptance agent" (post office after 10 AM), and shipping by FedEx. However, APVI is there throughout the entire process. Six Star service!

As an american citizen i never need a passport till now that i want to go to cancun with my wife. In miami office the earlier appointments where by june 13 and im leaving by jun 12. I was skeptical about this because how sensitive is this type of things but this people where very professional and they deliver results, today my passport is on its way and i will have an awesome honeymoon. Thank you very much

Passport in my hands one week after this company and my new friend, Johnny Mercado began to help me. Professional, attentive, quick responses, endless patience and a sense of humor actually made an otherwise technical and confusing process quite simple.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

With my summer vacation less than 10 days away it sent me into a frenzy and state of panic. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and easy step by step directions in processing my lost passport. The kind folks at APVIExpress were a lifesaver. The prompt emails and phone calls reassured me that they were on top of things helping me make sure all my ducks were in a row and that my passport would be delivered just in time for my vaca. Thanks a lot and I definitely would recommend APVIExpress to anyone who needs there passport or visa!!!

I will be honest... I had reservations about using a 3rd party company with my sensitive information. The first call that I made to APVI was just to gather information and I am so grateful that I got the speak with Johnny. He made me feel so comfortable and was very patient and thorough when answering my questions. The process was 100% what Johnny explained to me and there were no errors or set backs. Johnny checked in and communicated with me every step of the way. I am beyond impressed with the customer service and the pride that Johnny and APVI put into making sure that I was well taken care of. The money that I spent with this company is something that I am proud of and I would gladly do again. I can't be more grateful for Johnny and his assistance with my passport process.

This service is perfect and just what I needed! They were able to deliver my passport on time for my trip with a fast turn around. I was SO glad I found them. I was worried that I might not make my trip on time, but they delivered. I highly recommend!

The experience I had with APVI was one of the best I have ever had. I needed to get my passport for a destination wedding and had to jump through hoops because my parents were not listed on my birth certificate. This gave me little time and and little hope I'd get my documents in time. However, I was fortunate enough to find this magnificent company. My point of contact was Johnny Mercado and when I tell you he is amazing that is no lip service. He guided me through each step and assured me that I would have my passport in time. The term "service with a smile" rarely applies these days in customer service situations, but Johnny exceeds all expectations and goes above and beyond. He was there for me for questions, updates, and you can hear his smile over the phone, it's contagious! I received my passport in three business days of shipment, simply incredible!

If you need your documents quick, hast, and in a hurry, do yourself a huge favor and contact APVI. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will thank your lucky stars! Thank you APVI, from the bottom of my heart!

I had to renew my passport for an upcoming trip. I had a little time, but wanted to assure the process would not take more than a couple of weeks. After payment, they called me and led me through the process step by step. Great response times and I was kept informed through the entire process. I had just one contact person, Johnny Mercado, who made sure I got things right. I used the 2 week turnaround option and had the new passport in my hands 9 days later! I highly recommend this company.

Timely turnaround, great customer service and friendly follow-up. I highly recommend APVI Express. They worked with me to insure a timely and expedited renewal of my passport for an unexpected family trip. We were also able to get our visas within 2 days. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. They walked me through the entire process and ensured there were no mistakes on our applications. Excellent service, and I was able to relax and just enjoy my travel!

I had my naturalization oath ceremony on May 1, and my flight is on May 8. APVI helped in processing my passport in time for my trip. Efficient and professional service.
i highly recommend

Not only did I need a speedy service, but I also wanted to it be "tunable" in the sense for me to be able to precisely specify when exactly the FedEx package with my renewed documents to be delivered. That was more important to me than the speed itself. I got both, the speed, convenience and the ability to decide when exactly the return package to be delivered. Of course I paid for the proper FedEx service as well, but as soon as they received my extended passport they called my on my cell and asked when I wanted it to be delivered, exactly as I requested. Only by that moment I knew the "hole" in my schedule when I would be able to wait for the FedEx, and was able to tell them. It was also important that, they were reachable immediately any time I needed. They gave me the clear instructions, clearly answered all my questions, double check all the important items before I sent the package to them. Perfect!
Before deciding to go with them I contacted some other "fast track companies," but no one was completely up to my requirements.
The service certainly cost every penny of the premium I paid them on the top of the Government fee.

personalized, courteous, and prompt processing of our Passport applications. Walked us through the process every step of the way by phone, and delivered the product on-time, with professional follow-up. I would highly recommend APVI for any of your Rush/expedited Passport needs. They flat out delivered. A huge thanks to Johnny at APVI.
