Rushedpassport レビュー

Great communication and quick work. Very happy

The service at Rushedpassport was a fantastic experience. From the website, to the experts guiding me along the way, I received my Passport in record time. Each member was a text or email away and responded promptly, sometimes instantly. I would highly recommend Rushedpassport to anyone who is in need of getting their passport in a timely manner. I’d especially like to thank Laureano R. who went above and beyond in ensuring great service. He also followed through after the process to make sure my passport was in my hands. Great job all around! I definitely could not have done it myself.

Amanda was very responsive to my chats and was prompt will call backs to provide me details for the process. I felt confident after speaking with Amanda that I would get my passport back in time for my trip despite my late submission.

I loved the communication using the concierge service. Ana B. Was quick to respond and always kept me informed. I strongly suggest that small add on to such an important task.

Amanda F was amazing and extremely helpful. She walked me through the process and was available whenever I had questions.

Amanda F. was absolutely amazing! She was my point of contact from the very start. Amanda was responsive, understanding, professional and kind. I just want to say that Amanda and the team at Rushedpassport have restored my confidence that excellent customer service still exists. The timeline for my new passport was really tight and I was a little stressed out, but Amanda and her team were calm and reassuring that it could be done. I am now holding my new passport and ready to travel again. With a grateful heart, thank you Amanda and Rushed Passport!

Amanda was such a blessing to work with. She was professional, explained everything I needed in a thorough and simple manner and kept me updated every step along the way. If your ever in a pinch and need a passport with in a week I highly recommend working with Amanda and rushed passport!

I had a very difficult scenario with missing my passport, social security card and only an original birth card from the hospital. Communications were great throughout the process.

This was such an amazing experience. If you are looking for a safe and reliable company to expedite getting your passport, then you are at the right place.

Rushed Passport will walk you through the process to make sure you have everything you need and then get your taken care of quickly. The whole process from start to finish took about a week. They have wonderful customer service agents who will text, call, and email you throughout your passport journey.

This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Rushed Passport to get it done!

Absolutely awesome. Easy and Ana helped to guide in every way !!

I used this company for my first passport. The company is very professional and gave step by step examples and explanations on what needed to be submitted. The step by step process was very easy and informative. The company was fast, and efficient on answering any questions or concerns. They also sent email and text message reminders and updates during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company because of the excellent customer service.

I filled out the forms, mailed them on a Friday night and had my passport in hand the following Friday. The communication between me and the rusedpassport staff was excellent. I used chat, email, and they called me to keep me updated and to answer questions. It was great to communicate with actual people. The dashboard was very helpful as well. They made it very easy.

Incredibly helpful and kind !
They saved the day!

Great job! Efficient and no addons like the other places after you place the order. Thank you!

the representatives were very prompt and available, as well as courteous.
I gave four stars rather than five due to the initial lack of clarity about the steps and their progression. possibly this was due to my not reading all the details, but the application should be made a bity more clear and simpler for the customers, who are naive to the procedure and under time stress. F.i., i will not read the guidelines for the review: it is an inappropriate demand on my time!

The speed they were able to help us out was amazing, highly recommended especially in the time that we had available to us. Process was fairly simple and they were ready to help us via phone when ever we needed it.

5 stars! Wasn’t sure to use them at first but I couldn’t be happier. Just got my passport and it was less than 5 days. I was scared because they wanted me to fill out application before going to their office, but after going through the process it makes sense now. There was stuff I needed to complete before my appointment otherwise I would have wasted a trip to the office anyways. Super friendly staff as well. Made this easy for me thank you

Excellent experience and service! Now I understand why they made me do everything online before coming in person, as I would have made a million trips to the office without having everything done properly beforehand. Got my passport in a few days direct to me without hassle of waiting in lines. Will definitely use forever moving forward. Thank you

Much easier than driving all the way to an agency in person and then having to go back again to pick it up the next day. This was all done from home and got it shipped directly to my house. Saved me SO MUCH TIME!!! Thank you very much

This was one of the best experiences I've had recently with a service provider. RP was professional, extremely prompt, very cordial, and super-responsive to every question or concern I presented. I find it increasingly rare to find a company (or person) that actually delivers what is promised, but this process was not only refreshing, but actually quite satisfying. And the best part is my new passport arrived long before I even would have started stressing about being able to travel as planned.
