We ordered a Liquid CPU Cooler, we asked for the 110 and we received the 100 (to give you an idea, I think these are about £20 cheaper). Nathan apologised and told me to send back and he would refund the postage.

I did everything correctly (and they are VERY BAD with communication, emails or phone, rarely respond, I usually have to threaten then with Trading Standards for get any response from AQA Labs).

Eventually got a refund after several emails, messages and the threat of TS - but no refund for the £11 return postage (why should I have to accept/pay for this when this is their error for sending/not having the wrong product?). Some story about the supplier not sending us the right product - but yet they couldn't just send me the correct one - seems a bit fishy to me.

So basically - AVOID.

I ordered a motherboard and a SSD on 18/08/2015. after a week with no goods I phoned. They where waiting for stock of the mother board and said they would send the SSD immediately. This was honoured and I decided to wait another week for the motherboard. It did not show up so I phoned to cancel and get a refund. I was put on hold and cut off. Now I cannot contact them I have tried to phone 20 odd times and emailed many times too. They don't answer the phone and ignore my emails. No goods have arrived and no refund has been issued . It is now 26/09/15 and no sign of a resolution. I am going to have to take this to trading standards as it is not right to hold on to customers money. In my eyes it is stealing.....

I have ordered parts on 05/09/15 and paid them on 07/09/15 and NOT received any orders yet, we have called them and got the voice mail and also email them every day and still waiting for a reply from them.

I have a AMD A10-7850K APU instead of what I have ordered - a Synology Disk Station (DS115j) and apparently it is with the recipient of the AMD Tim Riddle.

AQA Labs sat on my money for the full 28 days claiming to be 'Preparing my Order for Despatch' (AMD A10-7850K APU).

They then sent me someone else's order for A Synology Disk Station (DS115j) - I have the other Customer's Dispatch Note (3247-1764).

Where has my order gone!!!

I had an initial problem. Tried to place an order but came out of it early my end before paying.
Noticed the order still on my Account. Sent Email to AL. They replied very quickly and sorted out the order (deleting it) within minutes.

I placed order again the following day and the product came within a couple of days of that.
Came well packed and I am happy with the product.

Mixed reviews about this company so I was a little hesitant. They had the mobile phone I wanted much cheaper than anywhere else so I took the risk. No problems at all and communication was prompt. Only complaint was they were a little slow to despatch taking almost one week (so 4 star instead of 5) but having quoted 5-7 days delivery by economy post it actually took 2 days. Will use again.

This company had the Synology NAS that I wanted for £15 less than anyone else, but the reviews for them weren't all good, with some calling them a scam, etc. I took a chance on them anyway as it was a good saving. Ordered on a Sunday evening, delivery was free in 5-7 days. Money came out immediately and I heard nothing about it being despatched until the following Monday, which concerned me a little. But then it arrived early the next day. Don't know why it took a week to be despatched as they were showing in stock but very happy with the saving and would use again.

I was very wary as I'd never heard of them, and at the time of my order there were about 50% negative reviews, but all of the negatives seemed to end with refund or late shipment so I took the risk. I ordered myself a nice new SSD. I got a little worried as delivery was about a week longer than the stated estimate (3 - 5 working days), but to be fair I didn't pay for any first class courier so I expect that I could have had it quicker. I will definitely check their prices next time I'm looking.

do not purchase any item from them, they are scam, they do not reply to there emails and there phone number 01216982066 they dont answer, but when they do, there is a grumpy lady, who dont answer your questions, dont let you speak, treat you like a joke. they dont have any authority to check the stock, amend the order or tell me any thing. the only thing she can do was I CAN'T DO ANY THING.
They do not deserve to be selling.
lost my money and waiting for charge back now.

Ordered some bits and heard nothing for ages, but it was due to an I.T issue and a French channel tunnel strike causing a delay in communication and product delivery.

Did refund postage because of this though so would be happy to give them another chance.

I have been using AQA Labs for the past few months. I am very price driven so will always shop around for the best price. Sometimes this means I will use other companies. However, AQA Labs often comes up with the best prices and the quality of the website, its simplicity and easy use makes shopping very straight forward. Another bonus is that, even when opting for the free 5 day delivery, very often the goods arrive within a day or two anyway (How can you complain with free delivery?) Keep up the good work AQA Labs, I will be using you again in the near future.

This is the first time I have bought a computer component from Aqalabs. I ordered an eVGA GTX 980 Superclocked, for a better price than I could find elsewhere. The website made it easy to find what I was looking for, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the price was very competitive. Ordering was straightforward. Delivery was fast and efficient with detailed and numerous e-mails to let me know how the order was progressing. The component itself was very well wrapped to protect it from the inevitable bumps and bruises in transit, and this added to the satisfaction and knowledge that I was buying a quality product from a reputable supplier. I shall certainly recommend Aqalabs to others and use it again myself in the future.

Took money very quickly for an in stock item. Waited a month and sent two emails. No response from Company and no goods!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Am now trying to get a refund via Credit Card Company.

Brilliant company, found an i7 processor that was cheaper than anywhere else, even with the express delivery. Plus their Express delivery is cheaper than express with most websites I shop on, such a bonus. I don't know about the email problems, I received prompt replies when asking for a tracking number. I will definitely shop on this website again, need a new hard drive soon.

Failed to respond to emails. No phone number given. Does anybody else have their number?

As below, wait wait and then cancel with no contact, don't use.

Placed my order on 06/08/2013 and waited 24 days to be told my package was cancelled.

Three times I phoned for an update with them telling me it was on its way, the final and last time I phoned they told me the order had been cancelled and a refund had been given to me.

I had to phone to find all this information out they wont even tell you if your order is cancelled after waiting 24 days with no information given.

AVOID.

Like many others I was attracted by the low prices and at the time when I checked on here the few reviews were good.

Ordered on the 02/08/13 chased on 15/08 for an update to be told the the supplier had sent the wrong stock and delivery would be 20/08.

Asked today (19/08) for confirmation only to receive a worldpay refund email.

Now I see a long list of others with similar complaints.

I am pleased I dusted of the credit card for this purchase as at least I knew I would always be able to get my money back.

What a massive bunch of scammers
