Placed an order for a NAS & 2x HDDs (£450+) on the 26th of July & am still yet to receive my goods.

Tried emailing with no response & calling but the number given from the site is a 'managed office solution' so all they will do is take a message. Unfortunately I've had no such contact from worldpay as below.

Furious & will never take the chance with AQA Labs again.

Positive reviews on here led me to place orders with AQA labs. Huge mistake, they have not delivered any of the items, emails and phone calls are ignored. You have been warned.

Ordered a new motherboard on the 26th July.

Contacted them via email on the 7th August as hadn't received item - NO RESPONSE.
Contacted again on 9th August - NO RESPONSE.
Just checked emails and an email from Worldpay refunding my money!
Obviously held onto my money for 2 weeks with NO intention of supplying me with the item (WHICH IS IN STOCK!).

If anyone wants my advice - STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Aqa labs had the cheapest prices for my computer parts on the internet by far, and the 5.99 delivery covered all 3 items I wanted. It said 7 to 10 working days, which in my case meant 9 days to 2 weeks, as working days do not include weekdays. It actually arrived 3 weeks and 1 day later, with no response from their customer service, even after I told them it had finally arrived. The parts I ordered, a motherboard, CPU and graphics card, arrived in bubble wrap in a very thin parcelforce paper bag. The item boxes were badly damaged, particularly the CPU's box, probably due to the poor packaging it arrived in, but the actual parts themselves were undamaged. I also noticed that the receipt said "FREE Delivery", in capital letters, but cost 5.99. Unless you don't have a deadline and don't mind wrecked packaging, or are on a very tight budget, I would avoid.

Used trustpilot to see if I should use AQALabs as their price was £30 below everyone elses for a set of ram (£80 RRP they sell for £50!) and hadn't heard of them before either.

Paid on the Monday night and order delivered by royal mail recorded delivery on the Thursday (2 - 4 day delivery time) - perfect.

Customer service: Following up on an order is easy, tho it stated 'ready for dispatch' which was the final state, I emailed and received a very fast response from Nathan in their customer service team to confirm the item had been dispatched and give a tracking number.

I do not normally do reviews on companies, but this one deserves it. They are a new company and few people know about them.

AQA Labs offered a great deal on a new computer case. The next cheapest price was £98 + P&P and AQA Labs offered it to me for £68.21 + P&P which came to around £25 less than the competitors. Obviously as it was so cheap, I was weary of whether the company would take my money and run or not.

I received my case a few days late (due to Parcelforce not being able to read - they sent it off to the wrong depot :/) but I received a tracking number and it was sent by Parcelforce Express 24. All for £5.99, which was very reasonable considering the weight of the item.

All in all, I will definitely buy from these people again as they offered amazing service at a must reduced cost.
