This is the second interaction I've had…

This is the second interaction I've had with the Aqara support team. Both times I was able to get to second line support and not have to go through my complete issue twice. Both times the issue was resolved and new hardware sent out within 2 days of resolution.

Great after sales

After nearly two years of usage, mu u200 was not working well anymore. I provoded to aqara the video of the problem and after having analyse it, they sent me a new device.
Thanks a lot!

Had a great experience with Aqare…

Had a great experience with Aqare customer service folks. I had a problem (self inflicted) with my U400 lock and your customer service representative (Artem) was especially helpful in resolving my problem promptly and with a professional level of attention. Truly a good company to do business with and I will highly recommend them to my friends.
