I was extremely pleased with the service from Arden Estate Agents. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and very easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth and stress-free — they clearly knew the market well and provided excellent advice throughout.

Within just a week of listing, I received an offer at the full asking price, and the sale went through without any issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Arden Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property.

Second time I have used Ardens in the last five years. From the initial valuation to the exchange of contracts the staff kept me updated on the progress of my sale in a friendly and helpful manner. They did a lot of viewings and with 4 best and final offers and I got my asking price. Would highly recommend, especially after dealing with other local agents who were less than professional in their dealings with my search for a property.

Outstanding, first class service from Arden! They sold my parents property within a week and well above what we expected! Although Arden did not act as our agent and were representing our buyers Leanne, was a driving force in the chain to get the sale progressed fully to completion. We were especially grateful that Leanne was able to put right a misunderstanding about our position regarding an onward purchase, which was crucial to get the whole chain exchanged. We were grateful to have her there putting everything in order (whilst our own agent remained disappointingly hands off!). We hope to now be in our forever home, but would recommend Arden for anyone looking for full support beyond initial negotiations.

Dealt with Arden’s Bromsgrove in February when a house we had seen come up for sale. We knew we needed our house to be put on the market quickly to be considered by the sellers estate agent. Savannah did not disappoint. No sooner had we been in touch, our house had been pictured and valued in less than a few days. Top communication by Savannah who helped us understand the process of selling a house. Will not hesitate to use Arden’s again in the very near future.

I initially had a poor experience with Arden Estates, primarily due to poor communication. I made an offer on a property (even mentioned I’d be willing to match the asking price), but despite chasing over the weekend and being told on Monday that I’d get a call back “shortly,” no one got in touch. I kept checking the listing excitedly, only to discover in the evening that it had been sold. I was understandably disappointed.

However, the manager apologised sincerely and took steps to make up for the initial experience, providing fortnightly personalised updates. I eventually bought a property through them. Yet again, communication was inconsistent — another estate agent promised to call back and never did. If you wait, you risk losing the property. If you call repeatedly, it might signal desperation and lead to price inflation — which is what I fear may have happened, as I ended up paying £6,000 above asking in a slow market.

As a first-time buyer, I’m left wondering if it was all worth it.

My solicitor (JS Law, Ms Beverly Chilaizya) managed to complete the transaction within three months. However, communication was again a major issue — emails were largely unanswered, and I only got updates if I chased with calls. The online platform they use was very efficient, and Arden Estate were helpful in chasing the solicitor and assisting with post-sale queries.

I sold my house through the Bromsgrove office. Faultless service throughout, from each and every single contact point. They supported all the way through the sale, making (at least this part!) stress free.
