I highly recommend Arden Estate Agents. I dealt with the Worcester Office, Dominique, Leanne and the team are very professional, friendly and excellent with updates and communication. Every step of the way they have all been so helpful and informative, going above and beyond with some aspects of the job. 10 out of 10 ladies, again many thanks for your hard work.

I cannot recommend Arden Estate enough. Leanne handled our case and she was brilliant I was very pleased with her actions. All staff were friendly I can't complain at all. We receive updates at every step through emails or calls. Thank you helping us buying our house so quick!🫶🏼

Both Adam and Sunny were very friendly, professional and helpful. I was kept informed during the whole process and nothing was too much trouble.

We were really happy with the process with Arden from start to finish. Excellent communication, called us back when needed and didn't leave us waiting for responses. Really easy to get along with, really helpful and supportive team, from Peter who came out and did the valuation and booking viewings in to Amy who worked with us all the way through, couldn't have asked for a better team. Arden's don't just find a buyer for your property they ensure the sale gets completed. Great communication throughout the whole process from initial price setting to completion. Leanne was always up to date with everything that was going on. Our fourth sale with Arden's over the years and they have been consistently excellent throughout.

Absolutely amazing experience! Incredibly disappointed. Initial response to a request for a valuation was excellent. Very much on the ball with a quick response and appointment. A gentleman called Matt came out to complete the valuation. He was only there for about 10 minutes. He verbally gave his opinion about the value and we talked briefly about marketing. I had expected his written letter of valuation fairly quickly as it’s just a straightforward email. When the email finally came, the address was wrong and the names of the people selling the property were wrong. I politely requested that the email be amended and resent. As this didn’t happen over 2 days, I informed Arden not to proceed as we were getting another agent to value. Matt at this point called me and apologised. He resent the email and still the information contained was wrong. Such a simple task seemed impossible for him. Needless to say it gave us no confidence to proceed with Arden.

Following the response to my review on Trustpilot, I was indeed contacted by James Cope the director. He was apologetic and thanked me for my feedback. He explained what he had done to ensure this was not an incident that would be repeated. He also offered support going forward. I am happy that I feel my feedback was valued and a positive response was received.

As a first time buyer I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Arden. My main dealings were with Gracie, and then also Amy and they were both so nice and helpful…and on my completion day going into the office it seems like everyone there is like that, just happy and great energy. Thank you Arden :)

Its been a while we made a purchase through arden estate.
Romily and the team especially Ammy woollasten were brilliant from start to finish. Ammy was great at coordinating everything from with sale agreement till handing over the key. What i remember is the way she deal with the situation where she managed to get the completion day extended for a month from the sellers side due to a challenging situation faced by us during the process . And i would like to recommend and thank Romilly and Ammy again for a brilliant house. From start to finish Arden were great with my sale and chasing up with my purchase from another estate agent.
All staff were amazing at the Rubery/Bromsgrove office but a big shout out to Amy who was there helping, giving me advice, chasing up documents and there for a chat if I needed it.
