Recently made my first claim. Online claims form was simple and quick to fill out. Received updates about where they were in the process and received the money within 4 days of making the claim. No issues at all. Would recommend.

The online application was so straight forward and easy to complete with questions that were legible and understandable. Excellent cover and very competitive rates.

I’ve been with Argos for 4 years, during the first year I needed to claim for cruciate on left leg, at renewal they hiked premium, I expected an increase, followed year renewal almost doubled but because it’s classed as existing condition had no choice but to pay, renewal this year £180 per month, called to decline as unable to afford £180,I received notification policy is cancelled, two days later they’ve taken £180 out of my account and advised me unable to cancel? Can’t afford £180 per month but took it anyway

Hoped we would never need to use the insurance, but when we unexpectedly needed to use it, they were there for us. Incredibly simple as the vet dealt directly with Argos.
It passed through the system very quickly and communication was swift and friendly. Very happy.

Good pet insurance. I recently discovered that my dog ​​has epilepsy. As we know, pet treatment is incredibly expensive. Without insurance, good treatment is impossible. The company paid the claim very quickly. There was a tad confusion as I had an emergency vet and our own vet which they set up as two claims. But the claim was approved quickly.

Very pleased with the quick response which relieved some of the stress of my cat not being well thank you

So far so good, find out the truth we make a claim but good reviews, a lot cheaper than previous insurance and better cover
