I’ve been with Argos pet insurance for some years they’re always very quick paying any claim and helpful and friendly with any questions you have can’t fault them in any way.

Argos made getting insurance for my cats easy. It give you different options which you can review before making the choice that is right for you and your pets. The excess is affordable amount. I choose the lifetime cover which is excellent and provides the level that I need.

Had no trouble at all, my claim was dealt with promptly and money was in my account within days of them receiving my claim, excellent service

Argos pet insurance have been so easy to deal with. We recently had to make a claim which you can do easily using their online form. I had to contact customer service due to a complexity and they were easy to get a hold of and sorted out my query with ease. They also paid our vet fees promptly and without any issues. I would recommend them.

I took my dog to the vets on Tuesday with a gut problem, got a bit of a shock with the bill. But thank god she is insured. All I had to do was to fill in a few questions on the Argos portal. Once they receive it, they let me know that it could take up to 5 days to be sorted. The money I had paid out was back in my account within 10 days. Very happy with Argos pet insurance.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER CLAIMED FOR ANY OF MY DOGS THIS ONE IS NUMBER 5 unfortunately he had some disc issues and became paralysed had a operation on Monday the vet sent a claim in on my behalf and after Argos emailed myself to make sure I knew about the claim it was payed out before my dog had come home which was brilliant no messing with phone calls or emails once confirmed payment was quick I was very pleased

Have always used Argos Pet Insurance, never a hassle, simple claims process

First time having to ever put in a claim. Very easy to make a claim on the portal. Claim paid very quickly. No quibbles or issues. All told a very good service.

Bought the insurance, then they sent me a letter with a blanket list of inclusions which was never communicated in beginnings. Waste of time , rude staff and trouble.
