It takes weeks for orders to go through so your money will sit idle. As an investor I need my money to always be working for me, so this is not a sound investment for me and that is why I invested a small amount at first as my experience has made me cautious for good reason.

Left Wanting More
It was a confusing and lengthy process trying to invest on their platform. All of the marketing/advertising I saw online for Ark7 indicated that you can get started for as little as $20 and itâs an easy and quick process. But, when I got signed up I realized that there werenât any options in the primary market for my budget. Actually there arenât really many options for any budget. At the time that Iâm writing this there still arenât any options and this is three weeks later. Seems to be very little availability on Ark7.
What was really frustrating is after you sign up, and see that thereâs little being offered for investing, you canât cancel your deposit. And once your money is on their platform, itâs stuck there for (I believe) 60 days. This is a policy due to government regulations but I feel we should be able to see the offerings prior to joining. Moreover, we shouldnât be encouraged to deposit without reviewing everything.
One positive thing, although they couldnât help me resolve my issues, I have to say that their support got back with me within 24 hours every time that I reached out to them. So I have to give them credit for that. Maybe theyâre still building their platform, business relationships, and investment partners? Iâm not sure, but this could be a good investment platform if there were more offered.
All-in-all, I am a little disappointed with my experience so far. Weâll see what time tells. Just donât set your expectations too high.

Ark7 is an Awesome Investment Platform
I have been using Ark7 for about a month. I have found this platform to be very user friendly and it gives a fractional realty investor an opportunity to own a piece of great real estate / properties in heavily desired locations.
I have purchased a lot of shares in the secondary market which is an awesome feature. I would like to see more new properties with shares for sale - these are pretty limited. I would also like to know more about the long-term sale strategy for each property which will aid in capturing the total return picture (like Arrived does).
Overall, I have had a great experience using the Ark7 platform and intend to invest in more prime properties with higher dividend income coupled with long-term growth potential.
