I love the fact that I can invest in real estate. I live in Hawaii and the pricing over here to even get started is unreasonably high. Just a few reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is for: as a beginner in real estate investing I wish we had more of an option on properties to invest in (more then single-family homes). I see a lot of potential in the multi-family homes as well as condos which include student dorms for college, traveling nurses, etc. A few that caught my eye was in Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis and Atlanta. Other then that, I'd hope to get better insight on how much of a payment is distributed to the investor unless I misunderstood the information listed. Overall an amazing app and loving it. Good for the Company, not for Rest of Us
I think the buy time time is excessively long. The ark7+ vs "regular" ark7 is a garbage demarcation. The six months waiting period to withdraw my own money is garbage. I feel the return is not great, I see better points from banks and even govt bonds. I can see that from your pov this is great, but as a small consumer I'm being robbed.

I'm brand new to Ark7
I'm brand new to Ark7. I was having trouble linking my bank account so I could begin investing. I had given up after 4 attempts and though I'd contact customer service to let them know of my issue. I didn't think it was an Ark7 issue, but a Plaid issue. So I emailed Ark7 and within a very short time I received an email back explaining an alternative to manually add my bank account and bypass Plaid. I tried it and it worked successfully and linked with no problem. It was super to get a quick, polite and detailed response to my email. These days ,customer service means a lot to me. It's most often a determining factor in who and what businesses I deal with. Thank you Ark7 for providing excellent customer service.

The shares are not adding up
Iâm having a hard time trying to understand something. If a property is listed at 20$ per share with a max of 20k shares available thatâs 400k in shares being made. Where is all that money going? Because from my understanding investors only make money off the monthly rental payments. So if I want to buy 100k worth of shares how can you accurately compensate my investment. Ex. I pay 100k in shares at a 4.24% cash distribution and 8 year holding period im estimating to garner 35k annually at that rate (not included property appreciation) so that averages at $2,900 a month but the monthly rent is $1,200. How is this possible i need help understanding this before I invest that much money
