Tried & trusted design. Arrived in less than a week. Proper Swedish weight fabric :)
Would like the option of a little velcro on the left sleeve pocket sometimes. Otherwise, nothing to improve on.

I have a number of Arktis garments in…
I have a number of Arktis garments in Pencott Greenzone and found them to be excellent quality. Now they have moved to NI there's no EU import duty which makes their kit even more attractive and also makes it a viable option for sending gift vouchers to my teammates and friends. I would love to see more Greenzone kit and eventually Metropolis kit too would be the cherry on top.

Your suggestion for more Greenzone kit and eventually Metropolis pattern is great input.

I ordered the smock in color Coyote…
I ordered the smock in color Coyote 3XL. According to the size guide on the website, 3XL should have a chest circumference of 137-147 cm. Since I am quite strong and tall, and my chest circumference is 140 cm, I ordered this size. When it arrived, I was very surprised because the jacket was very, very large, it would have fit Shaquille O'Neal... So far, so good. When I wanted to return the jacket, there was no return label included. In addition, the buyer has to pay for the return shipping. So I had to go to a DHL office about 25km from my home and pay €87 for the delivery!!! I've never experienced anything like this before... Furthermore, the website advertises the logo and the clothing featuring a Union Jack. However, the clothes are made in Pakistan, which is not a problem, but it should be stated.

Our size guide is based on garment measurements and notes that 3XL is recommended if wearing body armour or heavy layers.
Without these, we advise going down a size—XXL would likely have been a better fit.
Our return policy, including customer responsibility for return shipping, is stated on our website.
We understand international costs can be high and are working on more convenient options.
While our designs and quality standards are developed in the UK, some manufacturing is overseas to maintain affordability.
We’ll make this clearer online.

I’m retired military
I’m retired military. So having said this, I have had to wear uniforms made by the by the company with the lowest bid. I currently role-play as a bad guy for the military and find the products made by Arktis amazingly rugged. I have worn the same Arktis smock for four years and only have one tear in the sleeve due to my own foolishness. the rip stop fabric, made it very easy to mend. All the other features like zippers, Velcro, and buttons hold up amazingly well. The company shipped directly to my door in rural Canada with professional customer service. Arktis makes excellent products that stand up very well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
