If I could give no stars, I would. They claim to be a UK based company with items shipped from and returned to the UK, this is not the case. As soon as you place the order, they source the item from China, mine came from Ali Express and I even received a tracking number from Ali Express. The item they charged me £50 for is just £10 from Ali Express. The pictures of the products on Arlo's website are heavily edited and look nothing like the product you are buying which is awful cheap plastic, badly sized and false advertising. This company is bordering on fraudulent - They are not selling from UK or letting you return to UK as outlined on their website. I have yet to receive a response and will likely be reporting them.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero stars!!
Truly regret using this company. I checked before purchasing, and this company was registered in the Uk. The item arrived in poor quality and was not fit for purpose. I was then told to send the parcel back to CHINA to their manufacturer warehouse, despite the company being registered in the UK. The postage is worth more than the dress. I am incredibly stuck about how to get my money back, and now need to go to my bank for support.
Trust my advice DO NOT BUY FROM ARLO STREETWEAR EVER!

Poor quality , long delay. Returns to China at a huge cost!!
Only good point was the administration reply, that felt a bit ai.

I have received the items which are cheap and not like the photographs. I want to return them and now struggling to get them to give me the returns process . I should have researched this company before buying but my advice is don’t !!

It is nothing like shown on the website, false advertisement. Yes I think so! Offering only 20% refund for me to keep the item or me paying to post the item to china. No I am not happy at all with this.

If I could give it less than one star I would. It’s a terrible company with terrible quality clothing and then they refuse to refund you saying you need to pay for postage back to China at your cost despite the clothing being terrible quality and unusable.
If you’re thinking of buying from this company please don’t! It’s a scam!

Quality of goods is poor. Can’t refund you as based in China, so shipping cost is quoted at £45 to return, even though they advertise as being based in London.
Do not buy from this company, it’s a con.

Arlo Streetwear is a fraudulent company. I looked on their website to make sure it was a UK based company and returns were accepted to the UK. Their website stated:
- UK based company
- UK returns accepted
- UK address on the page
- No mention of chinese products
- No mentioned of returns to China at my own cost for returns
- Product was awful, thin and cheap fabric, nothing like the website shows
- It is a 100% fraudulent company, they even agreed with me via email saying that the website is misleading but yet won't refund me!

Never buy from this company!

Terrible experience. The dress was cheap and nothing like the photos. Website shows a UK address, but they expect returns to China at own expense — not disclosed at all. Return costs more than the dress. Completely misleading. Avoid.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The item looked nothing like the picture and the fabric was a cheap fleece. You can not return the item without having to send it back to China yourself at your own cost.

Do not buy from this company. They have a London address on their website to trick ppl into thinking they are Uk based but send items from China. I received a dress for my daughter which didn’t fit and they emailed me saying I need to return it to China and it will cost ME between £17 and £43 when dress only cost me £25

This company is awful!!!They will force you to make returns to China, which will cost an arm and a leg, as well as being very time consuming.And if you think I won’t need a refund/return, you definitely will as the quality of their clothes are nothing less than awful.Please do not purchase from this horror show of a “business”, they are SCAMMERS!

Terrible company they scam you. Taken my money and they refuse to refund me. Not only this the quality of the products are so poor. Will not be buying from here again.

If I could have put no stars then I would. I'm feeling very disappointed and let down my this company. I ordered a swimsuit that arrived well after the 4 -6 days as detailed in their shipping policy. I had to order another swimsuit from another company as I needed it for a certain day for hydrotherapy after surgery. It then became apparent that the item was coming from China. The item took about 10 days to arrive and so I asked for a refund. Eventually I got a reply and the options were 20% off to keep it, or pay to have it shipped back to china. The Covent Garden address on the website is a sham to make people think it is a UK based company and that returning goods will be easy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Arlo Streetwear is a fraudulent company. They will take your money for poor fitting and low quality clothing and refuse to make refunds. If they refuse a legit refund, report the transaction as fraud with your bank (my bank even refunded the money while they carried out an investigation); mark their Google Ads as fraudulent to Google; and report them to Trading Standards (in UK) via Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133)

Do not buy from this company, there website gives a UK London based address everything is shipped from China, dreadful quality you ask for a refund cost you £14 send back to china for a £24 dress shoddy company DO NOT BUY

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased x2 dresses ( same dress different sizes) when it has arrived it is nothing like the picture and neither fit ( it would be impossible for them to fit there is no give in the dress.) I have contacted them to return and after a few days of constant email “ Anna” contacted me back and said she could offer me an exchange. I advised I did not want a exchange and wanted a refund and now my emails are being ignored. I have contacted my credit card company to see if they can help! Has anybody successfully found a way to get their money back ?
