Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Empezando por Rosa y Haki que su asesoría en todo momento fue un 10/10 desde el momento uno. Estando en Estambul también tengo mucha gratitud con Marcos y Karla los traductores que fueron extremadamente amables todo el tiempo, muy hospitalarios y definitivamente con mucha paciencia. Pese a que estás en un país con otro idioma te hacen sentir como en casa. Los enfermeros tanto los chicos como las chicas una atención de 10 también. El Doctor Ceyhun es todo un profesional, no pude ponerme en mejores manos, lo volvería a hacer una y mil veces con este profesional, infinitas gracias al doctor Ceyhun por devolverme la vida con esta cirugía. También mil y mil gracias a las nutricionistas Selvi y Doğa las cuales te dan una asesoría 24/7, responden siempre que tienes dudas, te aclaran todas, absolutamente todas las dudas que tengas y siempre te están dando muchos ánimos en le proceso y lo mejor es que ellas te hacen seguimiento durante un año seguido mientras aprendes tus nuevos hábitos alimenticios. En resumen, mil y mil gracias por devolverme la vida a todos los profesionales que te guían en este proceso desde el momento en el que empiezas a informarte de todo hasta el final del camino. Zuerst war ich etwas skeptisch und hatte auch Angst aber als ich gesehen habe wie professionell alles lief war ich sehr positiv überrascht. Die Krankenschwester haben alle paar Stunden nach der Operation nach mir gesehen somit hatte ich auch ein sicheres Gefühl, das war super lieb.
Alles lief reibungslos.
Vielen Dank an Alexey der mich beraten hat und alles super organisiert hat.
Auch danke an Nisa und Mithat für die super Übersetzung.

Best doctors and the absolute best service. I can most definitely recommend this clinic

At the beginning of 2022. had 131 kgs. Had a surgery on 10th of August 2022 and it changed my life on so many levels - mentally, emotionally and physically. Recovery was very fast and unexpectedly easy and the kgs were just dropping month by month. Today I am 76 kgs, very healthy, very toned and fit. I was never happier in my entire life and it's all because of my amazing Dr. Ceyhun and his team. Special thanks goes to my post op. team that follows up everything that was and still going on with me. Dr. Muhammed and dietitian Selvi are there for any questions, advices and motivation to boost your mood, confidence and give you the best solutions for any kind of struggles you have on this journey. I had an amazing experience here from when I made enquiries until after the procedures even until date - 3 months now.

Staff were all so very friendly, and they made me feel special and told me everything I needed to know about my surgery. The hospital, the rooms and facilities in the room were excellent.

I recommended family and friends who have now done it or are going to use them

les points positifs:
le transfert est confortable et personnel gentil.
aucun problème avec la langue n’est avec la communication, y’avais les traducteurs
hôtel est propre et le personnel est gentil
les points négatifs:
manque des informations: yavais personne qui ma parler avant que j'aurais besoin d’une protection contre soleil et tous sa, alors que avant de voyager en turquie jai leurs demander jaurais besoin de quoi ! donc j’ai du acheter tous labas, je trouve une perte dargent!
c’est vous faite une rhinoplastie : faut prendre une crème solaire et un chapeau
je trouve que hôtel est trop loin, déjà il est loin du centre-ville et aussi de la clinique, on plus ya pas de restaurant proche
a mon arrivée on turquie, il mon pas expliquer que cette compagnie vas me prendre on charge, il mon juste dit que je dois attendre devant un panneau dans la porte 14, personne ma parler darpanu, sa ma pris 20 min pour le retrouver, javais meme commencé a avoir peur
on gros manque de communication avec les conseillers

I had a Rhinoplastic in November 2023 at the Doku Medical in Istanbul . I had a very nice stay and felt very safe the whole time.
First of all my interpreter Nisa was very nice, friendly and was available everytime for every Question. She also translated in a Good way.
Doctor Serhan Derin did very Good work and I’m happy with the results. He also answeared every Question I had.
The Hospital was very comfortable, modern and had high Hygienic Standards. The whole stay was Stressless for me and a nice Experience. Thanks to Nisa and expecially Serhan Derin for the excellent work.

Salut franchement je suis post 1 mois et 15 jours et j ai perdue 26 kg je revis de plus l opération avec le chirurgien c est très bien passer je n ai eu aucune douleur depuis l opérations je suis très satisfait machaalah le traducteur Mohamed et la dietetiene mon beaucoup aider il réponde au question en temps réel et apporte de bonnes explications merci beaucoup

I would like to say thank you to Arpanu Medical Team and OP.Dr. Mehmet AKIF, who performed the surgery . I arrived on 11/3 for a revision rhinoplasty.
On the day of arrival we were expected at the airport. We accommodate in a top 5*****Hotel Nova Plaza Prime.
Everything was well planned, all transfers, blood tests, surgical preparation, aftercare. Dr Akif listened to my wishes in eyery detail concerning the Revisio. he fulfilled all the wishes I expressed regarding my nose.
After the surgery I was cared for around 24h by a nurse. My husband was allowed to stay overnight with me in the clinic.
I was then taken back to the hotel. There I was further cared for by a nurse. The healing went very well.
Now 2 weeks later most of the swelling is gone and I am thrilled with the results!!! very satisfied with value for money. You can't even get close to that in Europe.
My first nose surgery was in Germany and I was not happy with the result. Now in the second surgery with Dr. Akif my expectations were exceeded!

My experience at Arpanu Medical was fantastic! The medical centre was so modern and clean, the room in which I stayed was very big, especially if you are staying with the guest and a beautiful bathroom too! I was taken care of every step of the way when I arrived at Arpanu Medical, I also had a translators as I cannot speak Turkish, the translators were very good and helped the process run smoothly. The aftercare provided by the nurses and the post op team was amazing, I really felt cared for and they were always there to help me with any issues which I really appreciate! I would recommend Arpanu Medical to anyone looking for a professional modern and organised medical centre, it really exceeded my expectations!

Initially I was a bit skeptical given I have never travelled abroad for a surgery based on google reviews but once I took the plunge I was pleasantly surprised at the professional service I was provided. Right from airport pickup, hotel quality, transfers to and from the surgery and other admin services were top notch. The doctor did an excellent job and I am happy with the results.

I honestly cannot fault this experience. Dr. Gokhan Mersinlioglu did my surgery and did an amazing job with his team. He listened to all my concerns and needs. He’s so professional and experienced, and I felt completely comfortable and safe in his care. I had a million questions for the post op team and Mohammed answered all my questions and concern’s promptly which was really comforting. The hospital stay after the surgery was the most difficult because of the pain but the nurses were wonderful and really did their absolute best to make my recovery swift.

Great service from the team, from confirming the booking to the aftercare team. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the booking team, nurses and aftercare. I felt so comfortable and they put me at ease. They even have nurses at the hotel who check up on you daily. Everyone is so polite and helpful. My accommodation was booked, transfers, blood tests, medication, it all put me at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending anyone here.

Ich habe Anfang Oktober 2023 meine Schlauchmagen OP gehabt und muss sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin.! Es hat reibungslos geklappt, von dem Flughafen Transfer bis hin zur OP selber und natürlich die Nachsorge durch die Ernährungsberater. Loben möchte ich besonders Selvi und Bahar. Diese Personen kümmern sich super und sind jederzeit Ansprechpartner in Ernährungsdingen oder bei jeglichen Fragen.! Das wichtigste… ich hatte zu keiner Zeit schmerzen und sonstige Probleme. Und dies war mir besonders wichtig. Die Klinik ist extrem sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Nicht zu vergleichen mit den deutschen Krankenhäusern.!!! 5 ⭐️
