I usually never write reviews but I have to in this one because of excellence. Professional doctor(Dr. Ceyhun), nurses and super polite staff members. Dr. Amy is also super helpful. After the surgery I was provided with many nurses and dietitians, they are always there for help, including dietitian Selvi. Overall I had an amazing experience and so much ease. Thank you

Hello i just want to say thank you to everybody , they are so amazing, friendly and sérious.

When i arrived they picked me to the airport. A lot of médical exams before the surgery. The surgery was very good i lost 30kg . I had 1 years of helping the dietician with what aps. They are so wonderful i just want to say a big thank you they change my life

Was obviously nervous on arrival but everything was explained well and couldn't fault anything.
The surgeon, nursing team and dietitians was great , very helpful .

Friendly welcoming staff, i must admit they are also not racists at all, you will feel comfortable , being home away from home.

It’s been 2 months post-op my surgery and my post op team Dr Muhammed and Dietitian Selvi have been absolutely wonderful with constantly checking in on how I’m doing and giving me all the information I need to succeed and also answering all the questions I have had regarding anything that I still was not sure about, it puts me at ease knowing that I have them to talk to if I’m ever unsure about what I should or shouldn’t do, thank you so much to both of them ❤️

The team was very polite with me even at the hospital, and after , its been a month since the surgery and my dietetician is just perfect ! I talk to her almost everyday, ❤️thank you

Hello, I am Lina and I would like to talk about my experience with the nutrition team at Arpanu Medical. They were wonderful, kind and friendly. I had severe obesity to the point where I could no longer walk and had a lot of pain. I had a clot in my foot and I was suffering from high blood pressure. The gastric sleeve surgery was a dream for me, praise be to them. God, this dream came true with Dr. Ceyhun Aydoğan, the work team, and the nutrition team. I thank the medical advisor, Omar Jamil, and the nutrition team, Muhammad, and Dietitian Selvi Nur. They were truly my second family. They answered all my questions at any time. Doctor Ilker Yazici, is extremely professional: he takes time to listen and time to explain. A first rate professional experience. Each time we have met he has shown true commitment to see me happy with my results, also he immediately made me feel very comfortable and confident about my sliding genioplasty and rhinoplasty. I was lucky to find a plastic surgeon that I felt I could trust and connect with.
It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming one of his patients.
He was always very friendly and thoughtful. I can not speak more highly of him. He was above all of my expectations.
Daria and Mohamed ensured that I had support through all this experience. They were there when I was exited to have my surgery done , they were there when I was scared and they where there every single moment I have just simply needed them to be there. I will always feel like I can not thank enough their support. These two definitely made me feel “home” and were my “through thick and thin”.
The transfer service from the airport to the hotel and appointments is super convenient and well organized and even though Doctor Ilker Yacizi speaks very good English there will always be a translator to assure good communication during appointments.
This translator which unfortunately I never got to know the name , was also very helpful at pharmacy when translating the pharmaceutical explanation about the medication, so thanks to this lovely lady!
I would also like to mention the nurse that is staying at the hotel hanging on whenever you need her to check on u. I have needed this lady one time and it took her 2 minutes to be knocking on my door with a smile on her face , very well groomed and professional young lady that could speak perfect english.
Nova plaza Prime is a five star hotel who definitely serves very well their guests , very good food, cleansing on the rooms and smiley and polite staff. It is located 16 minutes by foot from a shopping mall and other convenient stores.
The level of care I received from this clinic makes my highly recommend Arpanu Clinic to every one.

I found Dr. Serhan Derin trough TikTok and decided to have rhinoplasty surgery after reviewing a lot of positive feedback from his patients.
I have had complex for my nose during many years but now I decided to do something about it.
I was received by Dr. Serhans staff in Istanbul, and they were very helpful and welcoming during the home week I spent there. The surgery went well, and I did not feel any pain at all. The follow up afterwards has been excellent and I can with all my heart recommend Dr. Serhan to anyone who is thinking of doing rhino surgery. It has changed my life.

I had a gastric sleeve one year ago and this has changed my life. I could not recommend Arpanu Medical enough. They have look after me from start till now. Always at the end of the phone and answer any questions I have. Totally life changing for me.

I cannot express how thankful I am for this amazing experience and how safe and cared for I was. World class medicine but met with accessible prices. Moreover I have to give massive credit to Marcos and the nurses who took care of me in every single way. To the point of going above and beyond for me because I didn’t have a companion to help me with a few things. They were my little family and support, my friends and cheerleaders for my new life. I am so grateful for this experience and I only regret having not done this ten years earlier.

I had a breast reduction surgery with Prof. Dr. İlker and I am so happy with the result! It was the best desicion I made and absolutely recommend him and Arpanu Medical! He is a highly professional surgeon! Before my surgery Betül helped me to make this desicion by explaining to me all the details, answering all my questions and calming my worries. Betül was very kind, supportive and patient with me! Everything was greatly organized, the pickup from airport, the accomondation in a very nice 5 star hotel, the transfers to the doctor and the clinic. Thank you to Betül for organizing everything so perfectly! My translator Nisa is a great translator, very kind, caring and helpful during the doctors visit, in the clinic before and after the surgery! She made me feel calmer and comfortable during the pretests for the surgery and waited patiently with me till the evening when the surgery was. Thank you to Nisa for that! Prof. Dr. İlker, his assisting nurse and the entire team did an excellent job! After surgery my post op consultant Bahar visited me in clinic, helped with translation, is kind, helpful, supportive and she checks regularly on me to make sure I feel good and everything is fine! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all for this wonderful experience!

Negative was that the nurses in hospital med Istanbul didn't look after me very well after the surgery. When I pressed the call button during the night, the nurses didn't come. I was glad to have my sister with me who helped me go to toilet and bring me water to drink. Also my throat was very dry and hurted because of intubation during anaesthesia. Swallowing and eating was very painful for a week. I asked the nurse to give me something to make the throat pain go away. She said she will give me a medicament but then she forgot about it. I had to ask the nurses several times for the same thing till they got active.

All in all I am very content and happy with Arpanu Medical and definitely recommend it!!!

Mi experiencia con Arpanu Medical ha sido extraordinaria ya que me he operado con el doctor Ceyhun que es uno de los mejores médicos de Estambul , todo su equipo ha sido estupendo en especial Marco el traductor que es una de las personas más importante porque facilitador de todo el proceso él está al tanto de que te realicen todos los chequeos médicos que son necesarios para la cirugia y es la persona que te acompaña durante todo el proceso antes y después de la cirugía en realidad los recomiendo son personan 100% confiables

Die operation war ein voller erfolg und ich merke jeden tag es geht mir immer besser..jetzt kann ich auch schon halb festes essen und ich kanns kaum abwarten sport zu machen. Besonders dankbar bin ich für amy, bahar selvi und nora die mich begleiten!

Ich habe im September einen schlauchmagen bei doktor ceyhun aydoğan bekommen. Die Organisation war gut! Wir wir sind Sonntags vom Flughafen abgeholt worden und von da aus erstmal für die erste Nacht ins hotel. Montags ging es ganz früh ins Krankenhaus wo schon unsere Betreuerin Nisa auf uns gewartet hat. Sie war soooo nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert und organisiert und sie hatte immer den Überblick! Mittags war dann die OP. Alle waren wirklich lieb obwohl ich starke Schmerzen hatte. Die diätassistenten kamen auch am letzten Tag und auch die waren absolut zauberhaft. Nach drei Tagen waren wir wieder im hotel und ich konnte schon wieder Ausflüge nach Istanbul machen. Das hotel war leider nicht so schön. Wir wurden nicht zur verabredeten Zeit abgeholt vom hoteleigenen shuttelservice und mussten auf eigene Kosten taxi fahren und es hat sie überhaupt nicht interessiert. Wir haben mehrmals nach einem duschhocker gefragt den es angeblich gab und haben ihn nie bekommen. Die Begleitung eines Mitoperierten wurde sehr krank und weder das hotel noch der Krankenwagen der gerufen wurde haben ihr geholfen.... in dem hotel muss auf jedenfall was passieren was den Service angeht.

Es war super organisiert . Immer wieder gerne.

My experience with this agency was truly amazing.
I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr Serhan Derin. Unfortunately the first rhinoplasty in Austria went wrong for me.So I contacted directly the clinic and got an amazing agent called Alexey. He assisted me very well and he also booked a meeting through zoom with the Doctor so I can talk with him directly about my case. Also I would like to thank to Nisa, Bahar and John for the great support and translation through my stay in Doku Clinic. I would definitely book another treatment through this agency.
