The Driver was the most disgustingly rude, intimidating creature. Very aggressive, chip on his shoulder, looking at an additional mobile all the time he was driving! Would not eat that thing dropp... もっと見る

Left stranded
Booked a taxi to pick us up at the airport after returning home but was left stranded there at 3am with no taxi.
Also driver that took us to the airport a week prior was stood outside the taxi smoking while we loaded bags and then stunk of smoke as we drove all the way to the airport. Requested a refund but have yet to receive anything. Do not recommend!
NIGHTMARE
NIGHTMARE. Arranged return trip to Bristol airport in May 2026. First journey we had very smart, polite lady driver who drove well, the car was immaculate.
Coming home, different story. There is not a designated area for Arrow Taxis to pick up now at the airport. We arranged a 1.30am pick up, got to area at 1.15am. Phoned Arrow who said car would be with us within a quarter of an hour & he would text me car number plate. Nothing. I phoned again asking for number plate WX21 I was told. After 1/2 hour I phoned Arrow again & was told their taxis were on the way back from Gatwick & would be with us asap. Taxi finally arrived at 2am & another family claimed it having been given the same number plate. The driver promised he would take them & come crack for us. 10 minutes later he did & promptly picked another family. When I challenged him he said he was doing what he was told. I phoned Arrow again & the man said it would be another 1/2 hour. Eventually a very nice taxi man turned up, said he had been called out of his bed to come! We finally got home at 3am.
There were at least 3 other couples waiting in the same situation as us.
Would I recommend Arrow? NO
Stressful awful service
After booking a taxi two days in advance for 3:30am, I began receiving calls from the driver at 2:40am. When I saw the calls, I called back and the driver said I needed to be out in 10 minutes as he had another pick up that he needed to get to. I explained multiple times that I had booked the taxi for 3:30am. At this point it was 3:00am. He said it didn’t matter and if I didn’t come out he would have to leave.
I found the whole experience incredibly stressful as a young woman travelling alone. Essentially I was threatened that if I did not come out in 10 minutes then he would leave. I was put in the position where I was rushing around the house and very anxious, forced to leave much earlier than expected and blamed multiple times for him being late for his next pick up, despite repeatedly showing him my booking confirmation.
I will not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

The two stars were for the second Arrow Taxis driver who was polite.
tbh I would not have used them at all if I had known they were they same company as the first surly driver who I could barely understand who turned on the meter while talking to someone else and wanted cash upfront.
I wasnt't going for that and got out and he made his feelings abundantly clear.
Not that impressed with the office staff either.
We usually use the Silver Zone…
We usually use the Silver Zone carparking at Bristol airport but was very disappointed to learn that now the bus drops you off where everybody gets dropped off. We suffered this lousy service because it used to drop off pick up right outside terminal but not now. So we looked for other options
Arrow Taxis looked the best so we chose them. I was worried about relying on a Taxi to pick us up at 3.30 am but it turned out I was worrying about nothing. Driver turned up 10 minutes early assisted us with our cases what more could you ask for. Return journey took a bit of a turn as our plane was delayed. Again shouldn't have worried as Taxi taxed us to say they were aware of our delay and they would be waiting for us. Sure enough driver was there again assisted us with our cases and got us home safely. Overall the cost was £30 cheaper than Silver Zone. Plus our car wasn't used by delinquent parking it up. Will certainly be using Arrow Cars next time.
Rude driver
Rude driver - pre booked a mini bus and a car turns up. Driver said we don't do mini busses? Showed him email receipt he just didn't care said it'll be 2 journeys then. Had to pay twice, nearly missed flight.... most rude horrible driver i've ever seen - con company DO NOT USE
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would, appalling service. We made this booking a couple of months ago , my partner sadly did not read the negative reviews before hand, which are accurate!!! The filthy people carrier and equally grumpy and dishevelled driver arrived 25 minutes late, no apology !!! We were attending a wedding and all he could say was I get there when I get there!!! He had a rotten attitude. And said he was running late because he had just done a school run!! The way he was dressed looked like he had just got out of bed!! Arrow cars obviously have very low or no standards regarding the state of their drivers and vehicles!! I would advise everyone to go elsewhere!!
Disgustingly poor service
Disgustingly poor service. You book but then they don’t have cars to send to you. First time they let me down was an airport trip, second time we were late to our restaurant. I wanted to use Horsforth local but won’t touch them with a barge pole next time. They don’t even contact you .
The car turned up and went the opposite…
The car turned up and went the opposite way , when I questioned him he got argumentative. I got out and it got heated when he stuck up his finger . I went back to the office and again argumentative but got me another car who was fine . I’ve got to say the new driver said he couldn’t believe the way he was taking me . Be careful
No one likes getting ripped off !
Terrible
Despite giving them our flight number it still took an extra 30mins for them to get a taxi for us. Taxi driver was incredibly rude and grumpy. Would not recommend to anyone.
Baildon Arrow Car drivers were fabulous…
Baildon Arrow Car drivers were fabulous when my wife fell and broke her shoulder close to their office. They ensured she got up safely and transported her to local A&E. The driver then helped her to a wheelchair and into the hospital. He didn't take payment. The driver on our return was equally as helpful and ensured my wife got to our front door. I cannot thank them enough. Craig Duerden.

No taxi
I booked a taxi for pick us up from Cookridge to go to the airport.
At 7.32am no message so I contacted Arrow, it took about 5 minutes before I could speak with someone. They said they didn't have a taxi for us but would get a driver there ASAP. I then received a message saying the taxi would arrive at 7.48am. At 7.50am I contacted Arrow again and was told a few minutes to go. Finally collected 8am, 30.minutes after allocated time.
This is appalling service and I would like a refund for the additional stress before our flight
Brilliant service
Brilliant service, i had a trip from the airport to a hotel in Bradford and then a return trip from Bradford Bulls stadium to the airport. Both drivers were polite and very personable. I only had to wait two minutes for the cab at the airport and the return trip the driver was on time to the second. I received a call and a text to tell me the car was on its way and what time it would arrive. Excellent service very impressive and highly recommend Arrow Cars

Dangerous driver at the wheel of their taxi
Was nearly hit by their driver whilst cycling. Driver drifted into the cycle lane as not concentrating. To add insult to injury was subsequently given a mouth full of abuse as he tried to justify his careless driving.
Reported to the company, but not prepared to do anything about it despite a clear description of the driver plus a time and location of the incident.
Poor driver, poor customer service and accountability for their drivers actions.

Disappointed
Prebooked a taxi for our return journey from Spain. We booked a mini bus as there were 8 of us. Thought if prebooked a taxi it would be waiting for us especially when supplied all flight details and timings, but no. Took 45 minutes to get a mini bus we prebooked. When it arrived the mini bus only took 7! Then waited another 5 minutes for a mini bus to take us all. The driver that arrived was very rude. Tried to explain that we had been waiting a long time and the issues we had even though had prebooked. Was rude to my husband and asked him to be patient. Then told myself to chill out when trying to explain about why the wait when we had prebooked. He said they were busy and to stop giving him earache! Then had a chat with his taxi mate. Then when eventually set off was rude to my daughter in law when she was asking her partner if had put a bag in. Driver said I didn't put any in so if you haven't it will be left there. Then rude to my son when was querying traffic and advised temp lights. Then on arrival at home didn't help with any cases. Just no need for this rudeness to paying customers. They need help with customer service and timings. Would definitely not use again. So disappointed 😞
journey for 6 of us
Booked a return journey for 6 of us. Price given and paid. When I checked to confirm booking an automated voice confirmed the booking. Driver arrived a little early but that was great and got us to the airport smoothly. We went to the office to advise of our return at the airport and only had to wait 5 minutes for our taxi home. Great service and very competitive pricing.
