A rip off, rude staff who charge you £29.49 for a 10 minute journey. No choice when it's midnight & you've just come off a plane. Tried to contact local company, but they were not available. Avoid if you can.

If l could give no stars l would.lf you value your life don't use this company.We were told £56 got in taxi wouldn't move until we paid it was£60.40.We think it extra was tunnel fee which he didn't go through.That wasn't the worst bit.Driver we believe was extremely tired as he opened windows, it was raining so we think it was to wake himself up.He swerved at least 3 times into the kerb and at one point my husband had to raise his voice to tell him to keep on the left as he was veering into the right lane on a bend on a blind spit.We were thankful to get home in one piece.NEVER AGAIN we value our life too much!!!

Very very expensive. They charge £190.48 Bristol Airport to Hereford when in Hereford price is £130.00. A rip off! Very unhelpful in Office at AirPort. Asked for emailed receipt 3 x times and never received it!!!! Be aware of this scam company……

Waited for cab at Leeds airport (1038 booking no )
Had to drag cases across car park as taxi was at other end Wen arrived at Britannia hotel driver just sat in car we had to open boot ant retrieve our cases (ages 66/59)

Booked a taxi online from arrow cars to pick me up from a late night flight from east midlands airport. I entered my full address and paid in advance but did not receive a confirmation text or email, so I called arrow cars to check the booking had gone through. The person on the phone confirmed the booking and address but hung up ignoring my request for a confirmation email or text. So no receipt for my payment, even though I directly requested one.
When I arrived at the airport last night, the arrow cars taxi driver drove us to the wrong location, then accused me of entering in the details incorrectly. He then drove me back to east midlands Airport where I had to pay double for a taxi to take me to the address I had originally requested. What should have been a 15 minute drive home turned into an hour and a half due to the incompetence of arrow cars. The person on reception kept trying to blame me for the incident, but looking at the other arrow cars comments this is quite a regular occurance. I would not use arrow cars, they are expensive and provide terrible customer service, and has put me off using east midlands airport.

Not only is this company unable to provide a taxi when booked- they systematically lie about it too. We phoned at 4.30pm to book a taxi for 5.30pm. It didn't turn up. The web link they sent said it would be there at 5.35pm. it didn't turn up. I phoned them at 5.45pm, and they said it would be "10 minutes". So, 10 minutes later, I phoned again and they said it would be "7 minutes". Ten minutes later, it hadn't turned up. I phoned again. And then- 40 minutes after it should have arrived, they then finally admitted that it hadn't even been dispatched. Apparently, it eventually arrived at 6.50pm- a whole 1 hour and 20 minutes late. By then, we'd booked with Amber Cabs- who turned up within 5 minutes of booking. And then Amber also turned up within 5 minutes of booking the return journey.
The moral is that if you're after a cab in Leeds- you certainly won't get one if you book with Arrow, and then they'll just lie about it while you're stuck waiting.

Bad service, stinky attitude. Not friendly at all

I had a confirmed booking from Leeds Bradford Airport to my home at a cost of £25.60. When I arrived at the airport they charged me £47.98 for the same trip, they refused to honour the booking, although they had all the information at hand. When I discussed this with the driver, he said they do this all the time and are loosing business because of it.

I have used arrow since they started.Not anymore .Booked 9.15 am to Horsforth station.No one came so i called up,the girl said its on its way. 5 mins later i called again i will check she said but next minute hung up. I Tried again this time managed to get a badly spoken girl who said on its way.When he did arrive he had just been given the job . We got to the station with two mins to spare and had to pay on the train as no time to go to the payment hut. I booked this taxi the day before. I have since found out that all taxi,s were busy at the airport.The thing is they are based in Horsforth half a mile from my house. I have now found a better service which i have used so Arrow can forget my family and i using Arrow again.

SHOCKING!!!!!! booked in advance a taxi at 4am for a flight at bristol airport, no taxi arrived, tried calling but rang out no answer.

Thought i better go on their website and book another at a cost of £25 and again it never turned up.

I get a call at 4.35am from the taxi driver asking where i am??! YOUR 35 MINS LATE PAL!!!

Then the second cab i booked called at 04.50am which was booked for 4.15am.

In the end i walked to the airport in the dark with suitcases, NEVER AGAIN AND YOU HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF THIS!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Booked a seven seater vehicle for both flying out and return to LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT they didnt have a vehicle for the return journey to pick our cars up from the britannia hotel 10 minutes down the road so we had to pay an extra £34 for 2 taxis this is a disgraceful company with a monopoly at LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT And i would ask everyone to write to their MP as this is totally wrong and they are taking peoples money under false pretences

Had a great ride home from Leeds Bradford with driver 1168. He was cheerful chatty and enthusiastic about his job. He was also a very careful driver.

Totally disgusting service. Booked a minibus, as per their rules to carry 4 people and 4 cases. We arrived at their office at LBA exactly on time. To be told there was a 30 min wait. 1 hour later we got our minibus. Not from the office we booked from but from th walk away public pick up point as the driver had no security clearance.
What is the point of booking a none existent service.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

Pre booked taxi to Bristol Airport for 4am to catch a flight and at 4.08am I called them asking where is my taxi ????? They said it’s 9 minutes away however that’s pretty much how long the journey is to bristol airport
for me, so he arrived around 12 minutes later and so at that point I’m thinking ok it’s no big drama just smile and look forward to the holiday:)
I returned from holiday proceeded to the office to be told it’s a fifteenth minute wait, ok no drama I expect a slight wait but 40 minutes later I thought ok enough now and proceeded back to the desk to be greeted by a guy who had no idea I’d already spoken with him, I was like REALLY????? He said yeah we’re busy and could be another 40 minutes, I asked for guarantees of this and he replied no I can’t say that and could be longer, all the while non pre booked people were rolling up and seemed to be getting taxis, they had my money in the bank so I wasn’t a concern for them as they were focusing on new money from non pre booked people, I placed my card on the counter and requested a refund please and I’ll go elsewhere but was told sorry I can’t do that and you’ll have to apply online, I left and got home in 16 minutes, went online to process the refund and no #### Sherlock says follow the link and the link doesn’t exist lol omg
£38.50 each way for 12 minutes journey is bad enough and they still let you down

I booked a taxi from Bristol airport online and downloaded the app to use. I was quoted a fixed price. When i arrived at the office they charged me nearly £5 more.

Do not use this service, horrible people, I booked a taxi and was already waiting for it, they told me they were there but were not, I had already got a taxi one way with them to rush to a family emergency and they told me to book with them again and they would pick me back up, I rang them to see where the taxi was and they told me they were fully booked and couldn't send the car that was supposed to already be picking me up, they left me stranded in the middle of armley at 3 in the morning miles from home, I WAS a loyal customer for years, not any more

This poor joke of a taxi company,there meant to take my special needs boy to school every day,but there either a hour late or early and then drive off customer service is absolutely shocking would definitely not use these personally and if I could I'd stop them taking my boy unfortunately I can't do anything about it.
