Good product, good price, good and quick delivery.

Ordered on Monday, parcel delivered next day. Can't ask for better. I ordered the petrol version and found it easy to put together. The shredder/chipper is working really well.

Received parcel open with box lid lost, but complete content and in good order (gossip is a universal illness)

A first class service. The price was far better than other sites and my log splitter package was delivered two days after ordering by FedEx, who took note of what to do if no one was home at the time of delivery. The 5 ton log splitter was put to good use the next day and did not disappoint. Made short work of 2 tonnes of log rounds. I would not hesitate to use Arrows UK again.

Arrived promptly. Haven't used it yet!

Change of mind by me after placing original order was quickly sorted by Freddie on the phone and my revised order was delivered the next day.

Great price, great delivery time, great product

Unbelievably the machine was delivered 20 hours after placing the order. Took about an hour to assemble it and then put it to work.
Performed much better than I expected, even the largest logs were no problem,the limiting factor was whether I could lift the logs into the machine.
The two speed function is very useful and the power is such that that smaller logs with straight grain can easily be split using the faster speed. The machine is extremely robust and looks well built and I’m sure it will last for years.

Die Transportbox Ihrer Firma passt perfekt in den Suzuki. Sie ist sehr stabil gebaut und sehr einfach in das Fahrzeug einzubauen, kurz gesagt, alles richtig gemacht. Die Lieferzeit war auch erfreulich kurz.

prompt attention to order and efficient delivery; BUT SADLY rough handling (presumably) had resulted in one premix pack splitting, leaving a residue of loose powder inside outer packaging.
A very small loss but irritating to have to run for repair tape immediately!

Super fast and seamless shipping to the EU. It took only 5 days to deliver to the Czech Rep including custom handling. Product assembly is easy and efficient. All mounting elements fit together precisely. Tremendous performance which made me want this product. The test chipping handled even a 60mm hornbeam trunk. What a difference compared to products from well-known manufacturers such as Bosch, Makita and others!

Totally Brilliant

So far so good with the pain relief cream. i bought both variations, It's nice to have a dual option of fast acting or long lasting cream to put on my injuries. Seems good quality and absorbs well, and best of all it's vegan friendly! The fast acting cream spends a lot of time in my pocket waiting to put on if needed.
