I reached out to Artipoppe customer service via email to authenticate a carrier I received from a third party. They were very quick to respond and were able to provide me with details on the authenticity of an original carrier. I was so very happy to receive this news, and even more excited that I received a response back so promptly.

My daughter and I love the Artipoppe carrier! I tested a couple other carriers but settled with the Artipoppe for a couple of reasons:
• it’s easy to wear and to adjust
• love the hard, corset style belt because it holds her weight pretty easily
• the straps are comfortable
• bridge is adjustable
• design and woven material is amazing in my eyes
• the sack is extra padded where the back of your baby’s knees are - love that, because with other carriers her legs turned blue due to the thin, “sharp” material restricting blood flow - which is normal to a degree when carrying - yet if it can be avoided, why not do so
• design and material
• fits my body like a glove

Of course you got to take the time to put in your baby in an ergonomically way - yet it is possible and you should check the (M) posture with every carrier.

Sure the price point is something everyone should take into consideration and check with oneself if you’re willing to pay it. Yet most carriers are around the 250-300 € price range - so I wouldn’t say that the price point is too far fetched for the standard designs from Artipoppe.

Just my opinion - I love it, wear it every day, my baby falls asleep as soon as she sits in it and I don’t have back, neck or shoulder issues whatsoever.

I had ordered the black Zeitgeist carrier and after just 4 months of use (February-May) the fabric on the main body of the carrier was bleached by sunlight and it did not look good at all. Artipoppe replaced the carrier (after examining and leaving me without one for a fortnight), however they made me pay the additional difference for a colour that I hope (!) the same thing won't happen again on. For such a high ticket item a poor customer experience and anyone looking a a black/dark coloured carrier should be warned.

I also had a fantastic interaction with the customer care team. They went above and beyond to fix a repair for me, very grateful for the service. Highly recommend Artipoppe!

I received the carrier as a gift, and I've been so happy with it! After about a year, the carrier started tearing a little and the Artipoppe team were so sweet to take it in and have a look. Unfortunately, the carrier wasn't abled to be fixed and instead the team offered me a new one. They have been so nice and easy to communicate with and very helpful! I would really recommend this carrier!

I had placed an order and then realized I needed to change the item. I contacted customer service, and they handled my request incredibly quickly and efficiently. The change was processed almost immediately, with no waiting time or complications. Excellent customer service and a very smooth experience. Highly recommended!

Incredible product with better after-sales support. One of the buttons of my limited edition carrier came off; however, they were quick to let me know that they could repair it. They have done the repairs and sent it back to me as soon as possible. Really friendly customer service and really amazing time communicating with them.

I really love this carrier. So comfortable and stylish. My back doesn’t hurt at all wearing it. My husband loves it too; he has issues with his back but he says when he wears this carrier it is extremely comfortable. I only remove one star because the newborn wearing instructions were not very straightforward to figure it out on my own. I was in touch with Ieva from customer service who was so helpful and eventually I figured it out. I was sending her multiple videos and photos of the fit and she was recommending how to adjust. Some of her tips included advice that wasn’t part of “official” instructions for newborn wearing this is why I think i would not have figured it out on my own. But everything worked out great and we love the carrier after we found our fit!

I originally ordered an Artipoppe, but the color and pattern didn’t really match my wardrobe, so I decided to request an exchange. During the exchange process, Artipoppe launched new designs, and I wasn’t sure if it would be possible to switch my exchange order to one of the new carriers. Luckily, it was no problem at all. My contact Bea responded incredibly quickly and handled everything so smoothly. Now I’m waiting for my new Artipoppe with so much excitement!

Artipoppe is een mega eerlijk, fijn, vriendelijk, professioneel en service gericht bedrijf. Wij zijn zo blij met onze draagzak, en kunnen echt geen dag zonder.

Onze draagzak had (door ons eigen toedoen) best wat haaltjes na een paar maanden. Ik mocht de draagzak op hun kosten opsturen, ze hebben deze helemaal weer mooi gemaakt (serieus; als nieuw!). In de tussentijd kreeg ik een leen draagzak toegestuurd.

Je voelt dat dit bedrijf met liefde en zorg wordt geleidt en dat maakt het dragen van de Artipoppe nog fijner. Dank!

Eerst gift card besteld. Bij het verzilveren kreeg ik een error dat de code al was gebruikt. Contact opgenomen met klantenservice, maar kreeg aantal dagen geen reactie. Ze hebben wel mails gestuurd maar die kwamen om wat voor reden dan ook niet binnen bij mij. Via Instagram contact opgenomen en uiteindelijk een nieuwe code gehad, de Customer Care Manager heeft daarna nog uitgebreid contacg met me gehad en alles uiteindelijk netjes opgelost. Product zelf moeten we nog uitproberen. Dus wat begon als een wat mindere ervaring is uiteindelijk toch goed opgelost.

Ik kocht mijn Artipoppe Zeitgeist in 2022 en heb hem jarenlang intensief gebruikt voor mijn oudste kindje, dat veel behoefte had aan nabijheid. Hij zat er altijd comfortabel in, ik kon hem zelfs makkelijk borstvoeden terwijl hij erin zat en daarnaast vind ik het ook gewoon een prachtige, stijlvolle draagzak.

Nu gebruiken we dezelfde draagzak opnieuw intensief voor ons tweede kindje en na al dat gebruik liet een knoopje los. De klantenservice bood direct aan om de draagzak kosteloos te repareren. Toen ik aangaf dat ik hem eigenlijk niet kon missen, stuurden ze zelfs een prachtige leendraagzak op. Inclusief verzendlabels en binnen anderhalve week had ik mijn eigen draagzak alweer gerepareerd terug. Die combinatie van kwaliteit, gebruiksgemak en service maakt dat het voor mij echt het geld waard is geweest.

I have made my second purchases with Artipoppe. My husband love the ZG Denim above and beyond! But once they had Archive Sale, I decided to buy another one so we do have one each.

However, after I did the payment somehow my selection was out of stock. Instead, the customer service emailed me and gave me options between a 20% for other non-sale purchase or select another sale pattern that was still available. How kind of them! I mean, aside from the high quality product, the Artipoppe team is exceeding my expectations. Thank youuuu!

I must start by stating that their customer experience team is extremely helpful, courteous and understanding. They helped to resolve a concern with the courier in very good time. The product itself is truly remarkable. The quality is unmatched and I am looking forward to using it. I have tried it on and it feels completely different from all carriers I have ever owned. The support, padding and structure feels well crafted.

My baby and I have loved our Artipoppe zeitgeist baby carrier since she was born. With the newborn settings, we were able to start taking walks together as soon as we got home from the hospital. For the first 0-4 months, she took her best naps in the carrier! Our version is made from a soft denim fabric, which feels comfortable even against bare skin (and won't leave any rub marks). With only 3 buckles, this carrier straps up in seconds, and it's so easy to operate alone, which is probably one of the best things about it. I also love the hidden adjustment possibilities. The outlook is very clean and minimalistic, but with correct settings, it grows with my baby, and we can use the carrier for years.

-It goes without saying, the price is high, BUT (!) it already includes taxes and duties, so there are no surprise costs upon arrival. Also I have to say... Worth every penny!
