Super schön, leider schlechte Qualität und ein sehr sehr schlechter Kundenservice!

Referal code gedeeld. Kennisen hebben deze gebruikt. Nu wordt account geblokkeerd. Omdat ik de code ook aan mensen heb gedeeld die ook de spullen bij artipoppe hebben gekocht. Kort samengevat artipoppe gebruikt je om hen spullen te verkopen en te promoten en achteraf blokkeren ze je account en kun je je punten niet gebruiken. Maar ze wel profiteren van de inkomsten :(

I truly had a good experience especially with Milou from customer service. The carrier is really stylish and easy to use and adapt. We are totally in love. It will last super long and worth buying.

Ich persönlich habe jetzt sehr lange überlegt, die Trage zu kaufen. Ich meine der Preis ist ja auch schon ordentlich. Nun ist mein Baby bereits 5 Monate alt & ich habe mich dazu entschieden.
Ich habe wirklich etliche Tragen ausprobiert, war bei der Trageberatung und dennoch habe ich absolute Rückenprobleme. Auf Empfehlung habe ich mich dann letztendlich doch für eine artipoppe entschieden, Hauptsache mein Rücken wird entlastet & mein Kind sitzt gut.
Und was soll ich sagen? Ich bin absolut begeistert. Ich merke nicht einmal mehr sein Gewicht. Es ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Anhock-Spreiz-Haltung ist auch super und er hat einen schönen runden Buckel, also keine Ahnung wie andere die Trage binden, aber bei uns hat es sofort funktioniert. Mal abgesehen von der Qualität, welche echt klasse ist. Weicher Stoff, weiche Gurte, schön gepolsterte Beinchen-Halterung für den kleinen und eine super tolle Nackenstütze! Einziges Manko: es gibt kein Sonnensegel, was ich aber auch okay finde, da ich ihn im Sommer in der prallen Sonne sowieso nicht tragen würde.

Had the baby carrier for 10 months, both straps the material has freyed and come away compromising the safety of its use. I should be protected under consumer rights 2 year warranty however their ‘customer service’ accused me of causing the damage. TERRIBLE quality and totally unsafe for use and they will not refund you or help, the advised going to a seamstress…save your money and stress.

We paid a small fortune for a baby carrier and after 3 short uses with a newborn it has fallen apart. Emailed customer services only to be told they couldn’t do anything.

RUBBISH!!!!!!

Customer service is terrible, I got this expensive carrier thinking it will be forever, or at least until my baby grows out on it… not even close, it’s tearing and in a couple of weeks more it will be completely broken I can see.
I emailed them, because I got it 3 weeks ago and they send me a video of how to fix it myself, what a joke. I am sending this thing back. Never again.

After 14 months of baby wearing using my antipope carrier, both of the security buckles gave way. I would be very wary about making the investment - yes, they look beautiful but the quality does not live up to the price tag and nor does the customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Artipoppe draagzak wordt in een prachtige verpakking verzonden. Daar betaal je dan ook vooral voor. Hij draagt ook fijn voor de ouders. Het materiaal lubbert vreselijk uit. Knoopjes gaan los. Baby zit na een maand niet meer goed in de draagzak. Voor een kwart van het geld heb je genoeg betere alternatieven. Ik raad dit artikel iedereen af.

Customer experience is awful.

First my carrier got molded, water spilled in my diaper bag the next day when I pulled it out it was all covered in mold. I have tried everything to remove it. Dry cleaners included, I was hoping to get some help from the artipoppe but I faced ignorance, they will not work with you, I was hoping that they’ll at least offer a discount so could order a new one since it’s an expensive purchase.

The carrier is comfortable and I liked using it a lot, but the fabric is so fragile that it is bazaar. If you have a blow out it will not wash out, which is possible with the baby, baby food stains etc. the carrier can not be washed in high temperatures it is mainly for hand wash, with baby it seems like impossible. If you are gonna buy one get the dark color.

I’m starting to questing was the fabric with mold to begin with, because I don’t understand how could mold grow so fast on the item.

Moving forward, they have a referral program so since they didn’t offer any discount to me or help and I needed a new one desperately I shared my referral with other people since it’s a referral right??. Well guess what they removed me from referral program.

I got screwed by artipoppe in every way possible.

I’ll see how I can share more photos with moldy artipoppe online because people should be aware. The company should make it right to it’s customer and be more helpful in resolving such issues.

The carrier falls apart after a few weeks in use! Material not long lasting at all. I do not recommend purchasing.

Replacement was not send out after I claimed the issue, as no message was received how to proceed. After one year I tried to contact again and the offer of an replacement is suddenly gone. I was offered a 50€ gift voucher.
The cost of my carrier was over 450€, all for nothing as we never used it and it was laying in a box for 2 years.

Very bad customer service!

Mooie draagzak, krijg er veel complimenten over. Baby zit goed in de draagzak. De draagzak is ook makkelijk in gebruik. Het enige nadeel is dat de stof heel lelijk word. Dit verwacht je niet voor een draagzak van 410 euro. Ik heb de beige draagzak de Zeitgeist tweed w in organic hemp. Wellicht dat het aan de type icm kleur ligt. Mijn draagzak heeft allemaal zwarte pluisjes en de draadjes steken uit en veel daarvan gaan los. Hierdoor lijkt de draagzak een beetje verlept en ouder dan die is. Terwijl ik alrijd netjes met de draagzak omga. Artipoppe klantenservice doet niet echt iets met mijn klacht. Ik kreeg een mail terug met instructies om de pluisjes er zelf af te halen. Deze zijn moeilijk te verwijderen de pluisjes ivm de draadjes van de draagzak die je dan mee knipt of mee trekt waardoor het allemaal nog lelijker wordt.

Ik raad niemand aan om dit type of kleur te kopen. Zonde van je geld. Verder wel een top draagzak maar ik zou liever voor een andere kleur en materiaal gaan! Ze hebben vele verschillende soorten.

I was nearly put off buying a carrier by the negative reviews on here, but my experience of Artipoppe customer services has been totally different to that outlined. Maybe they have now changed their ways of working with UK customers.

I ordered a carrier using a referall discount code, so got £44 off.

It arrived two days later, beautifully packaged. I’d emailed their customer services in advance to check it is possible to return from the UK without getting charged, given the reviews on here. Was quickly assured that there are free returns from UK via FedEx.

I bought two carriers and returned one - no issue in doing this - there were two FedEx locations very close to my house (albeit I live in London, so perhaps more challenging to find FedEx return locations from elsewhere in the country). Return was handled property over Christmas period and Iv just received my refund without any issues.

I really love the carrier (I got the black and white tweed cotton one). It was pretty expensive but really beautiful and I don’t see it as any different to spending more money on a high end changing bag which would be far less useful.

My baby has been in the carrier for hours a day since I received it and I like the light cotton texture and the ease of getting it on an off market. Functionally it really doesn’t seem different to other carriers on the market, but it’s beautiful, lovely material, makes me look less crap and is bringing me joy while wearing it :-)

Pro: tolles Material, der Gurt um den Bauch herum ist wirklich sehr fest und breit, sodass die „Last“ des Kindes nicht zu arg auf den Schultern und dem Nacken lastet.

Contra: leider super schlechte Haltung für das Baby/Kind. In der mitgelieferten Beschreibung wird korrekt dargestellt, wie ein Kind/Baby darin „sitzen“ sollte. Es ist faktisch aber schlichtweg unmöglich, sein Kind in der korrekten Haltung darin zu positionieren. Ergo, leider einfach nur unergonomisch und ungesund für das darin getragene Kind/Baby.

Darüber hinaus sind die Kosten einer Rücksendung von der Kundin/dem Kunden zu tragen (schlappe 14,49€ in die Niederlande). Dazu kommt, dass die Zustellung wohl äußerst schwierig ist. In meinem Fall hat DHL laut Sendungsverfolgung drei Mal ohne Erfolg versucht, das Paket beim Empfänger (Artipoppe) zuzustellen. Resultat ist, dass das Paket nun wieder zu mir zurückgeschickt wurde und ich mich mit dem Hersteller abstimmen muss, wie das Paket nun an ihn zurückgelangt. Dieser Prozess zieht sich nun schon vier Wochen und natürlich ist somit auch noch keine Rückzahlung des beträchtlichen Kaufbetrags erfolgt.

Für mich schlichtweg eine unerfreuliche Kundenerfahrung.

Super rude customer service. They delete every bad review on insta and they webshop. If you have a critical question, in stead of a answer will this delete too. Never buy here, safe youre money.

Jeg har købt 2 bæreselen og jeg ELSKER dem. Virkelig en god investering for os :-) Jeg oplevede hurtig levering begge gange.

I have three Artipoppes, the first one I bought and the other two I got free from the referral program. My husband and I use them every day and we absolutely love them. Stylish, comfy, baby sleeps in them happily. I found their customer service great and have no complaints.
