I would highly recommend Alexander Southwell, we dealt with Latoya who was so helpfull from start to finish even with the amount of issues we encountered. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and was always available at the end of the phone.

As a first-time buyer, I stumbled across Andrew and his team by complete chance and I am so glad I did. When I first reached out, I honestly didn’t feel ready to buy and it was more curiosity than anything else. But Andrew’s amazing advice and guidance quickly showed me that I was actually in a much better position than I thought.

Andrew was incredible throughout the whole process. It’s so daunting but he completely eased my mind, no question was a stupid question. Not only did he secure me a great rate, he also went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

So this was myself and my partners first time buying and honestly we were totally clueless on the process! A mutual friend/client of Jamie & Latoya recommended them to us and I’m so incredibly glad he did.

From the start, Jamie quickly put us in touch with Latoya and we got things underway instantly. Throughout the whole process, communication was utterly seamless and there was no such thing as a silly question (trust me, I asked a few!).
