The result was delivered quickly and as advertised. The ordering process and sample shipping wasn't great. We didn't get any tracking data from the original order just a PayPal receipt. Had to call to check package was actually on its way.
Evri shipping of the sample return is very slow.
That said good price and easy process to follow.

Speedy turnaround

The samples were analysed in a timely way, unfortunately the results were treated as spam by my email server, despite successful responses previously. The results had .bin file attached that was removed by my email provider.

Prompt experience, probably the difficult part was find a courier locker which was where it said it was. Not Asbestos kits fault though.

Test kit arrived promptly; PPE and clear instructions enabled me to take the samples safely and return them in the prepaid envelope; results emailed to me very quickly. All in all a simple and prompt service.

Service was prompt, clear and concise. Reasonably priced. Would use again.

Very good service. Kit contains all that you need (except tools), all return packaging, just need to print the label. Posted on Saturday and had results back on Tuesday. Results were very clear and well-presented. Would use again.

Excellent service and really helpful support

Very quick service. We needed to test the artex in our ceiling before the plasterer arrives. Of course it all happened at the last minute so we didn’t have long before the work started. We were very appreciative and grateful that we received a quick reply and certificate

A disgraceful, disablist, company who think being rude and patronising to autistic people is acceptable behavior. Purchased on Ebay, and they are perfect proof that you get what you pay for. Should have paid a couple of quid extra for a better standard of service and much more professionalism. When I read some of the Ebay reviews they have a habit of getting away with exaggerated delivery deadlines, as many have doubts about there 24 hour turnaround of results. They wait until you complain a week later then say they have only just received the sample as happened in my case. They say they will refund but don't. They say the results are sent but aren't. I do not believe even EVRI take a week from collection to handing the package over to them. It seems people are so elated at being given an 'all clear' they are happy to say thank you? How many have double checked with a decent company? How many people realize that Asbestosis takes 30+ years to develop. If they are prepared to lie about their service in terms of deadlines, and documents what else are they prepared to lie about. Wait 40 years before you properly assess their reviews. I have learnt not to buy Asbestos testing kits on Ebay, anymore than buying items on Temu without checking the dimensions. This is my personal opinion based on my experience, and having written it they then refunded me. It appears the truth hurts and they want Trustpilot to remove it. It is not defamation to tell the truth, and this won't be the first time I have won one of these battles with Trustpilot. If you don't want reviews like this don't insult Autistic people, and if you do, have the decency to apologise.
