Made to feel welcome by all members of staff, as a very nervous patient,the dentist was very reassuring, very calm and talked me through the appointment. Thankyou 😃

Although I had to wait 30mins as the previous appt was running late, the staff could not have been more apologetic. The dentist and nurse were very good, gentle and considerate. My treatment was explained to me in great detail.

I have recently had a crown and composite fillings fitted at Ascot Dentist.
I was treated so professionally and with such care. This has been the best experience I have had at a dentist.

I have been going to this practice for around 13 years and I’ve only left one review before. Today, after I needed the corner of a chipped tooth attending to, and a replacement filling, I have been moved to do another review. Dr Crystal Kafero-Babumba has the most wonderful can-do attitude; she’s confident, friendly and, most importantly, extremely competent. She has demonstrated these attributes every time I’ve seen her. I trust her work completely and have no hesitation in recommending her.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. The dentist, Sonam Sherpa, is very good. He seems to take his time and do everything properly. I felt very relaxed. His assistant was also very good.

As new patient's we found the receptionist to be very welcoming and helpful.
Dentist was caring and gave us confidence on our first check ups.

I am having a cap fitted to my tooth and the main work was carried out yesterday, within 2 hours the temp cap came off, I phone the dentist for an appointment to have this replaced which they did this morning within 1 hour the cap has again come off, so it will be yet another call. I had another appointment and had yet another cap fitted only for this to come away after an hour of it being applied. I phone again this morning and had a discussion with the receptionist who has been fantastic. the practice is now trying to push through my full cap so the treatment can be completed.

After a lifelong fear following a negative experience as a child, coupled with problems with my jaw and not being able to open my mouth very wide, I was extremely nervous at the prospect of having a filling. But the Dentist and Dental Nurse were extremely patient, calm, sympathetic, reassuring and have restored my faith in dentistry!
The practice is clean and welcoming and the Receptionist is also friendly and reassuring. Thank you!

I was running late to my appointment, and I called ahead to let them know. Despite my poor planning, they were very facilitating and were able to swap my appointment round so that I could still be seen.

My dentist was professional and kind. I did not have to wait long, and I was in and out as quick as could be!

I was seen quickly, examined, x-rayed and diagnosed in about 10 minutes. The dentist was very clear and I felt very well looked after.

Had a checkup at Ascot Dental Practice and as always you feel very welcome. They are very good and I feel in safe hands there.
