I paid $2,000 for their top end warranty without any deductible. According to my Lexus dealer (Lexus of Valencia) repair shop I needed $3800 in repairs for new struts, ball joints, and control arms. They offered $600 to do the repairs. After months of dealing with them I finally accepted their payment. It took two months to get their payment. I contracted the California Insurance Commissioner to file a complaint. The commissioner's office said they are banded from California and they have Cease and Desist order against them in California. Then they terminated my warranty that had three years left on it. These people a crooks.

They don't actually provide you with any warranty. They don't answer any email or calls. We paid $2,990. for their "Total Blue Shield" plan but they cannot be reached. I have filed complaints with the BBB and they too could not get a response. I have also filed with the federal trade commission, IC3 and attorney general of Delaware. They don't seem to care.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! Look at the other 1 star reviews - Same thing happened to me. This company won't return calls, emails & have completely ghosted me after I followed protocol to get a claim paid (they were only going to cover 1/2 of the amount of the total repair cost too - which I had to pay out of pocket & ASE would 'reimburse' me). I sent repeated emails & left several voicemails. If you look at the few '5 star' reviews, they seem totally fake to me. Real customers don't tell their experiences like that. I think it was fake reviews in an effort to not have all 1 stars from real people dealing with this SCAM COMPANY! I did research & found a Cease & Desist order in Florida - whereby this company is banned from doing business there. This company should be banned from doing business in all states! Total scam!

Horrible company. Won't pay approved claim and claim number has need issued. All appropriate paperwork submitted. No response to a month's worth of emails and voice mails.
They would not replace my water pump
They would not replace my water pump. The reason they said was I didnât have my car tuned up at 100,000 miles even though it only had 107,000 miles. They try to pick everything apart, including your cabin air filter. If itâs not replaced the deny the claim.
The Second claim the engine had to be replaced and they denied that because they said it overheated from the water pump before when it failed. A car barely overheated and never even went to the red zone. But still they denied the claim. I am taking them to arbitration. The only problem is they hire the arbitration company and looking at their record they side 90% with ASE because thatâs who theyâre getting paid by. This is my opinion of them.
When you call, it always goes to voicemail to a William Porter. I have left over two dozen messages and not a single one has been returned by phone call, text, or email. I believe this is just a fictitious person. When you do get somebody usually even put on hold for one to two hours And when you ask them whatâs going on, they can never give you the whole story or what has to be done. They always say their mechanics are still looking at the paperwork. Theyâre not worried about what the paperwork says. Theyâre just looking to see how they can get out of it. This again is my opinion.

If I could give them a 0 i would. I Purchased the full package and paid upfront about $2500.00 in 2022. They promised tire and rims as a bonus with their full coverage. First problem I encountered was when my tires busted due to pot holes, they only provided $100.00 as reimbursement even though it cost 250.00 for one tire and this was a one time thing. Then a year later I needed some warranty repairs from Audi Dealership and they were only covering one part but no nuts and bolts. When I called to ask Maria about it she said its in your contract read section blah blah blah. I was so upset with them at that time but had no choice but to suck it up. I then sold my car and in the contract is stated 5 yrs or 130k or less in order to get a refund and I was way under my coverage and therefore entitled to a refund, but since have been given the run around. The last representative told me I was to receive a check in October of 2024 and its now February. I have left messages for Paula Relic and William Porter. Everyone at ASE gives me the run around now. I will be making a formal complaint to the Attorney Generals office if I do not get a response in 7 business days. This company is a scam. Read everything carefully and get explanations in writing and don't let the sales representative sell you a dream without seeing the contract. If you got burned you should make a complaint to Attorney General of Delaware. They need to fix their business quick!!!

The worst experience ever with this company. After selling my vehicle wanted to cancel my warranty, they asked me to send a notarized letter that I want to cancel it.
I sent the mail after 4 months they are telling me that they never received the letter and I sent them the tracking number that my letter was delivered. Now they are saying our building is big it might have been lost.
That is not my issue if it was lost you received it and now it is your responsibility. If your building is big then get a freaking PO Box. After 4 months I will just have to go different route and get my money.
