Crap company! Won’t authorize repair despite it being one of the items that their total blue shield plan covers! The sales person, Marcus Owens, was the most friendly polite person! Until I called because of denied claim! He was so rude and said “Why are you calling me! I am the salesman” This company is complete fraud! I will be Filing some paperwork shortly! When I signed my documents I wasn’t given a copy! The docusign can no longer be retrieved! Of course not!!!

This outfit is nothing but con artists they will not cover your car for any repairs and will not refund your money.
The reviews saying good things about them are fake do not believe them.
Do not give them your money you will get no service at all.
All they do is lie every time you call them.

I am a repair shop that performed work on a clients vehicle back in Dec of 2022 and has been calling weekly to check on payment. I've been given excuse after excuse such as "it was sent to wrong address" to "check is in the mail". Well it has been "in the mail" for over 3wks AGAIN! I feel it is important for people to know this.

My experience is that they are scam artists and outright liars. I have contacted the Delaware Insurance Bureau to report their fraudulent practices. Don’t bother trying to call - I’m pretty sure they block your number after the first call if you have a claim. I agree with poster below that flurry of 5 star reviews is fake. Beware.

They dont actually pay. Find another company who will actually do what they say

Quick to sell you a policy with the promise that it the same as the original warranty. But when time comes for repairs, it is all a lie. I then cancelled the policy because of that and they will not refund your money (prorated) unless you send notarized affidavit and photos. Even after I sent all they need, they claim they never received it three months after it was sent. Just stay away. It is not worth the money you pay and the hassle that comes with it.

Warrenty got in contact with me shortly after I purchased my Engine. They explained to me all the benefits of having a warranty in place for a second hand vehicle and what was going to be covered if something went wrong with the car. They sent me an email with a break system of prices for different options. I was very happy with the quotations and there was no hard sell or pushing to make a decision. Everything was made easy for me and I now have peace of mind for the next 5 years knowing that Warrenty are there to help if I need them or have a breakdown. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them again for sure in the future.😊

GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKES!! This company had one 5-star review now within a month and a half there's a sudden burst of 5-star reviews.

Bought a warranty plan was told I can cancel within 30 days. I canceled within the 30 days was told I had to send in a notarized letter, did that over a month ago 12/06/22 and still trying to get a refund. They claimed it was sent to my account and it bounced back. How is that possible if you're just reversing the charge? STILL NO REFUND. Last I heard is that they were sending me a check. I can pretty much guarantee that the next excuse is going to be the check must’ve gotten LOST in the mail if I don’t get it. They seem to blame everyone else for me not getting my refund yet such as my bank. I'm not giving up, I'm going to get a refund one way or another. Heed my warning STAY AWAY. They're quick to take your money, but you have to go to hell and back for a refund.
