Ashton Reeves レビュー

Quick and very helpful service.

An example of what letting agent should be like and worthy of emulation.

Genuinely great service, I had a number of queries around the apartment and every time they got back to me promptly, and the team went the extra mile to help me to move in smoothly.

Ashton Reeves provide a reliable service, they keep you well informed about their steps which is reassuring. These guys don't cut corners and give the best advice. I've recommended this agent to a couple people who are now also using their full management service. They are a friendly team that can be trusted, which is a relief to have, as I have dealt with other estate agents before who were pushy and rude. I will certainly continue to use Ashton Reeves.
Thank you!

Easy to book, efficient and friendly without being overbearing

Very good agents, very efficient. Always either answer calls immediately or call back when requested. A relatively small agency so you get good personal service at all times

Amazing service, everyone is very helpful, efficient and informative!

I have been with Ashton Reeves for a number of years and they always provide the highest level of service. I have a small portfolio of properties which they manage. They have always been helpful with giving advice and being transparent. They are always prompt in communicating any issues that may occur and very helpful in resolving them. I have used other agents in the past and can only say that the team at Ashton Reeves are by far the most efficient, reliable and helpful team I have come across. If your looking for an agent that gives you great advice, helpful and above all well experienced then I would recommend them to everyone. Great work AR!

Ashton Reeves weren’t our first choice when we chose to enquire about our property which was marketed by another (big) agent as well as Ashton Reeves.

This (big) agent practically gave us the cold shoulder and we were made to feel like we had done something wrong by enquiring about a property more than £500k for whatever reason (maybe they thought we didn’t look the type to afford it).

Having no luck, my wife found that Ashton Reeves had the same property advertised so we approached them.

The difference was unbelievable. From the first point of contact right up until we got our keys; Ashton Reeves we’re friendly, welcoming, and so professional. The service we received is probably one of the best services we’ve received from any company.

I can’t praise them enough!

Very happy with the agency.
We had been in contact for every detail we needed to know. Staff have been very helpful.
I would recomend them to people I know.
Best wishes

I used Ashton Reeves' services whilst looking to rent a property as a tenant. They delivered friendly, professional service throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

We had fantastic experience with Mr Nanda who is the Branch Manager and Alex. They were very professional and punctual for our appointment.

Unprofessional، unorganised .

Very professional. Ryan took the time to show the house and explained each steps should I wish to proceed. Did not rush neither. Excellent service.

They are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They also give a prompt service.

Excellent professional service throughout. After having trouble with bad agencies in the past, working with Ashton Reeves has been a breeze through the whole process.

10/10. Could not recommend more

We were looking for a family home at short notice and Ashton Reeves provided just that. A seamless process right from going into the office to moving into the house.
