Easy to deal with via the cabable agents. Process clearly set out, diahnosis/quotation given and job took place to price and timescale. Free (if quote adopted) collection /delivery service worked well. Sensible labour free deal for additional new clutch offered.

Well the good thing is ASR will keep you updated about your vehicle. Service is very professional and Rockie dealt with us very kindly.

After a quick talk with Rockie from ASR gearboxes it became apparent that these are the people i would trust with the repair of my Car. Rockie came across as very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, made the experience easy, kept me informed along the whole way and even made follow up calls a couple of weeks later to see how it was going. A credit to the company. ASR gearboxes 5 stars!!

From the start, Elliot, my Technical Advisor was helpful, informative and efficient. He always answered my many questions, returned my phone calls and emails promptly. He supplied all relevant information about my gearbox repair, supplying me with photos and a video showing me the the damage. Also, he was very helpful with the information required for my warranty claim. I found them to be a trustworthy company with customer satisfaction their priority.

Excellent communication with us at all times . Fully explained the process of car collection, diagnosis, repair costs and return of vehicle. Kept to timetable set for pick up and return of car and completed repair well in advance of estimated time. An expensive repair but felt that the advice given was sound and gave us confidence in the company.

Initial dealings with ASR by phone were quick and pleasant. This set the standard:

James was fantastic. Was clear about what needed doing, explained the quote, organised for the car to be collected and dropped back and managed to get it sorted quickly. We desperately needed our car back and the work was done in a week. Would highly recommend.

We dealt with Elliot who arranged the collection and return of our vehicle - Elliot was helpful, professional and a really great person to deal with - all the timelines were adhered to and the car appears to be working really well so thank you to your team and especially to Elliot for his help. After a 500 mile round trip with no issues I reversed onto my driveway and felt the car shudder. I’ve had to replace the clutch before on my powershift gearbox so I knew the symptoms. I booked in with ASR gearbox as they came highly recommended. Jay was very helpful, and despite a few days delay in starting the repairs due to their pressure of work, the gearbox was refurbished after it was analysed and found to be needing extensive repair. The work was carried out by experienced technicians and I’m very happy with the service ASR Gearboxes provided Including follow up calls.

ASR's customer service is exceptional. A both professional and friendly company with a transparency that has been very much appreciated throughout the process of having major repairs carried out on my vehicle. Being without a car whilst work is being carried out can be very stressful but having the same, consistent person keeping in clear and regular communication with me throughout and providing detail, honesty and clarity has given much assurance. The repair on my gearbox was carried out to a high standard, in a time frame that didn't compromise on quality.
