A big shout out for Elliot helping me out with my car when I needed it the most he was a great help to me a true professional at his job there should be more people like him to help customers when they need it the most all I can say is thank Elliot keep up the great work take care

5 stars aren’t enough for ASR Gearbox Repairs! We had a long-standing gearbox problem due to a faulty mechatronic unit, and after the issue resurfaced months later, we reached out to ASR. They arranged next-day collection, completed diagnostics, and replaced the unit quickly and professionally.

A special thank you to James, who went above and beyond. With my difficult work hours and a payment issue on my end, he was incredibly patient and made sure our car didn’t end up in storage. His communication was clear, helpful, and genuinely reassuring. He and the whole technical team are fantastic.

Thanks again for getting us back on the road. I hope we don’t have to visit again anytime soon but if we ever run into another issue, ASR will definitely be the place we go.

From talking to Elliot, to having my car fixed and returned safely, I can say with firm conviction that the whole process was conducted very professionaly.
All my questions where answered in a polite,friendly and curteous manner.

Jay was brilliant throughout the whole process explaining all the technical issues in plain language I could understand. The free pick up and delivery service is a lifesaver and the costs vs going to the Skoda garage were much cheaper and still get a 12 month warranty

Elliot was fantastic over the phone, has been so so helpful when in a stressed and under pressure. Would recommend speaking to Elliot anytime regarding specific gearbox enquiries as he was very informative and knowledgeable.

The support from Jay was second to none throughout the process, I was kept fully informed at all times. Your engineer was very helpful by highlighting the problem with the Throttle body, which is important for me to know as I want to be able to trust this car on long journeys. Your Low loader pickup man was very helpful too in both pickup & delivery. Excellent!!

Explained everything clearly on phone. Came and collected our car on time. Kept us updated with the work that needed to be done. Once repairs were done the car was returned promptly.

The people that I spoke too was very polite and friendly explained what they were going to do. They kept us informed when they were going too pick up the car and when they returned it. Overall very good company

The whole process with ASR Gearbox repairs was superb. From the 1st phone call with Elliot we were given clear information on how the repair would proceed. I contacted ASR on the 4th of November regarding my vehicle and the gearbox repair. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of J who was a technical advisor. He took me through the ins and outs exactly what would tell for my repair the very next day I Recovery driver, picked my vehicle up at the time stated And taken to their workshop from that day I was kept informed by J the technical advisor as to how my car was progressing I could not have asked for a better service and to speak to someone who was kind and understanding about my situation, I would recommend this company to anyone because I can guarantee you’ll be 100% satisfied with the outcome of your journey so I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to J and the rest of the team for your hard work.

Excellent service from ASR gearbox repairs. They were extremely helpful on the phone and collected, repaired and delivered my car back to me. They kept me informed with pricing and repairs. Brilliant service all round.

From start to finish very professional. Quick turnaround. Have used them twice on two different cars and would use them again.

Firstly the cost! I had a shock when I discovered the gearbox was cracked on my '22 plate car I'd had for 18 months. And the damage had incurred before I took ownership. So had to suck it up and get it fixed. ASR were recommended it to me and they provided a seamless and informative service - pick and collection and all diagnostics were free once I agreed for them to do the work and throughout I was kept informed on process to the repairs and delivery. The cost was reasonable in light of the serious work needed! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Elliot was Incredibly helpful and very informative on the works I had being done, very fast reply’s and really good communication would recommend.
