Woeful experience

Woeful experience, pester to sign up for a course then online experience is poor. When working abroad website doesn’t work unless using a VPN even though they said it is ok abroad. No one to email once course started and no one answers the emails. Had to select a NEBOSH exam date upfront and only had limited options. Online materials for the course is also pretty boring I wouldn’t recommend their online training.

ISEP Certificate in sustainability & Environmental Management

Astutis are one of the first ever course providers I ever used getting into a Health and Safety Environmental career. Since then I have achieved CMIOSH now on Route to PISEP. I recently completed the ISEP Certificate in Sustainability and Environmental Management course. I had a bereavement which set me back in life and on the course, I called the team to explain and without hesitation they supported. Thank you Astutis team with that human touch and with heart.

Engaging and accessible training

I found the self-led remote course I took very worthwhile, with useful and interesting content that was directly relevant to my role. The material was presented in an engaging and accessible way, which made the learning both practical and thought-provoking. Overall, a really positive experience that I would recommend.

Expensive course and distance learning really is very distanced

I used Astutis to complete my IMEA Environmental Management via distance learning. It certainly is very distance too. You need to print out your own course notes if you want them in your hand. The lessons online are simply exercises presented in a very bland boring manner and the answers supplied. No interaction or anything vaguely interesting. The tutor however did mark assessments very quickly and fairly. If you choose distance learning you ar epretty much left to your own devices unless of course you need help, although guidance for any assessments is not there as like NEBOSH, they cannot give you any help.
Once completed I waited patiently for 2 months and when no sign of any certificate I emailed to ask. Then sent a copy of it dated 2 months earlier (received no notification that it was with the company) and expected to print it out myself. High price course where you would at least expect to receive the original certificate!
Would I use them again......no. Not the worst company out there, but certainly not the best either

Our distance learning courses are designed to provide maximum flexibility, but we understand this style of study can sometimes feel less interactive compared to virtual or classroom training. Regarding your certificate, we sincerely apologise for the delay and lack of notification. We aim to ensure learners are kept informed as soon as certificates are available, and it’s clear in this case we fell short. We’ll review our processes to make sure this does not happen again.

Great online learning experience

I found Astutis to be supportive during my learning experience. They were always on hand to support me with any questions I had. The online course was well presented and made the information easy to understand. The interactive features in the course really helped me to understand how to apply the knowledge I have learned into my job.

The course materials were world-class

Astutis has completely redefined my expectations for training providers—there’s simply no comparison! I had the privilege of studying the NEBOSH Fire Certificate, and the course blew me away. If I could give it a 100,000/10, I would! The course materials were world-class, packed with interactive content, immersive videos and scenario-based exercises that kept me engaged from start to finish.

On top of that, the customer service was second to none. Astutis was fast in responding to every query I had, making me feel supported every step of the way. My experience was not just fantastic—it was beyond anything I could have imagined! Highly recommend!

DO NOT DO THEIR NEBOSH GENERAL ONLINE

Really wish I'd spoken to someone in the company but I can't seem to get hold of people unless its regarding payments for an invoice.
Honestly the worst online learning experience I've had to date. There is no assistance whatsoever ever from Astutis. The exams are charged at £228 where most other companies are charging close to that for their online course. its ridiculous.

The amount of emails received is horrendous its confusing and distracting from the important information.

The payment requests and demand letters spoil the entire experience.

Easily the worst online learning experience I have ever suffered through. They are more focused on getting me to pay my outstanding balance than anything else, even though I have never been late or missed a payment since I started with them. Not only do I have to always contact them to get them to send me my monthly invoices, they send payment requests and demand letters shortly after I make payment.
