Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We regret to hear that things haven’t gone smoothly. This isn’t the level of service or support we want anyone to have, especially when you’re trying to complete a qualification.

Your feedback about the sign‑up process, access issues while abroad, limited exam date options and lack of communication is genuinely valuable. We take these concerns seriously and would really like the chance to review what happened and put things right.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing Astutis to complete your IEMA Environmental Management course. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations.

Our distance learning courses are designed to provide maximum flexibility, but we understand this style of study can sometimes feel less interactive compared to virtual or classroom training. We are always looking at ways to improve engagement in our materials, so your comments will be shared with our learning design team.

Regarding your certificate, we sincerely apologise for the delay and lack of notification. We aim to ensure learners are kept informed as soon as certificates are available, and it’s clear in this case we fell short. We’ll review our processes to make sure this does not happen again.

We’re pleased to hear you found our tutor support responsive and fair, and we do hope this helped during your studies. That said, we’re sorry we haven’t left you with a more positive overall impression.

We understand your concerns about communication and support, and we take feedback like this very seriously. Our team is committed to being available for all learner queries, not just payments, so it’s disappointing to hear you felt otherwise. We’ll be looking into this further to see where we can improve.

Regarding exam fees, these are set independently by NEBOSH and apply across all providers. We always aim to make this as clear and transparent as possible, and we apologise if this caused confusion.

Thank you for sharing your experience – we’re really sorry to hear this. The last thing we want is for the payment process to overshadow your learning journey. We understand how frustrating it must have felt to receive reminders despite keeping up with your payments, and this is not the experience we aim to deliver.
