Reasonably durable products and reasonable price, their products are not the best but it's good enough, I used their router and it broke after 2 years, so would say that's pretty good in terms of my usage.

If your Asus computer fails outside of the warranty period (even just outside) abandon any thoughts of getting it repaired.

Even if you say you will pay for the repair, they are not interested in the slightest. To quote:

"Dear sir/Madam
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, as we can no longer get the parts required to complete repairs for this unit, we would not be able to offer an out of warranty repair.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this."

I ended up dismantling the computer in an attempt to salvage the graphics card, and was shocked by the design and build quality. It was junk, and no wonder that it overheated and failed.

My recommendation to you is don't but an Asus computer, it's junk, it will fail once the warranty has expired, and they won't repair it.

Beyond Useless Tech Support. I had an ASUS Wifi extender that after a power cut the WIFI wasn't working. I phoned up tech support to see solutions for a fix. I was literally told, there are no solutions, its out of warranty now, throw it out and buy a new one as the power cut must have damaged the hardware. After poking around the settings I seen the device had acquired out of nowhere a strange entry in the DNS entry settings. So I put in 9,9.9.9 and it worked perfectly. If I followed Asus I would be ruining the envorment chucking out working devices. That is dreadful tech support.

Bought an Asus rog phone 2 over a year ago. Like others have said big mistake. The phone software is useless. During the measley 1 year warranty it was back twice to them to fix screen freezing/jittering issues. Each time it came back it was fine for a week or so then pretty much same thing happened. They did fix the jittering but the freezing and other software glitches have always remained. I will never buy another Asus product again. It's a £850 phone that at times is useless. You are better off buying a Samsung or a Razor phone than this. Their customer service is pretty poor aswell. Once your out of warranty that's it. Asus you will never get my business again.

The Asus Rog phones have a false advertisement of warranty. It is only 12 months no matter how long the phone warranty card actually states. Do not trust this company, nor their devices or equipment. As a very enthusiastic customer, I will now be avoiding this company in the future.

For reference: the Asus Rog phone 2 states on the device, and the site, that it has a number stating the warranty. My own had 24M stating 24 months warranty, when questioned if I could get a screen repair, they stated the warranty is only for 12 months, completely bypassing the warranty card and making me lose all trust in this company.

They also have a website called "Asus.com", which is where the device came from... This isn't actually their website and is owned by laptop outlet. So, when i thought I was buying directly from them. I was actually buying from another company and the device has apparently come from Czech. This means any repairs I them want to do, have to be done there under warranty of that company, not Asus, even though the device states 24M warranty from ASUS.

HUGELY DISAPPOINTED.

Worse Customer services, Bought laptops for business where one of them has some issues. called Asus, logged a call yet for the past 2 weeks i have been promised a pick up yet nothing happened yet. Request a manager to call me back yet again that was not successful. Simply very poor and frustrating service. Simply avoid

Will never use ASUS again, always warn people against using them. After support for their products is beyond a joke, you don't realise how bad it is till you need it. I took them to a small claims court.

Great service sent laptop in for repair. They actually repaired 2 other issues one was with the screen which i hadn't mentioned to them repair was done within the warranty period they collected it by dpd and delivered it back it was back to brand new had new screen etc it looks like a brand new laptop. Brilliant customer service

OVERALL EVERYTHING IS AMAZING

Bought ASUS chrimebook it broke after 6 month they falsely claiming damage in order not to proceed with warranty repairs.
Very poor quality product just lost £230.
Shambolic customer service.
