Was not advised at time of purchase…
Was not advised at time of purchase that the item would be flat packed. Reflecting on the price the quality was not as expected. The additional cost to have them assembled would have allowed us to purchase another item superior to this.

I think the furniture is beautiful and it seems to be sold as a high end product. However, for the price point I would expect not to have to assemble it myself.

Excellent dining chairs at a great price.
Bought the chairs online after trying them out in store. Speedy delivery easy to assemble the bases and super comfortable to sit in.

Customer experience excellent
V nice shop. Staff were helpful and engaging with us. Delivery went very smoothly and efficiently given we had to leave complicated instructions due to us being overseas when delivery was scheduled.

A big shout out to Kave furniture we brought the Tudons Table and Yeray chairs. They arrived really well packed and we had no damage to any of the order. The Table and chairs were as described and we are very happy with our choice .
We brought online and had to make a call regarding our delivery the staff were so helpful, we would highly recommend

High-quality product with great customer service
The quality of the product is very good and the staff were super helpful when I went into the Sydney showroom (from fabric swatch options to moving furniture around to give me an idea of what the dining set would look like). The delivery process was easy with a text sent to nominate your date and then updates on the day of delivery via text

poor customer service and shit delivery system
I did not receive my goods on the expected date. Apparently, your logistics team forgot about my order. Additionally, I find it disappointing that you do not allow customers to pick up their goods and require us to pay an exorbitant amount for delivery. This is what I was informed by your staff at the Brisbane location.
