Has a product I can't find anywhere else.

Only problem is slow delivery, but that is reasonable and understandable coming from India!

I like the tea but the product was very much overpriced. The tea leaves have an excellent flavour and the quality of the packing was perfect! Price is the only factor for a 3 star.

Clear communication even through a delay in delivery.

Timely arrival,little smaller than the picture might lead you to believe,hard internal shell,overall decent product.

I found it easy to navigate through website to find the product I was after. Easy to order, pay snd track. I was always kept informed.

Great products, the delivery took a bit longer, but I think it was due to Christmas time. Will order again.

Australian store but didn’t state the product would be sent from USA and have a USA plug etc. Also meant the delivery took longer than expected

Unfortunately there were some problems with freight whereby I was supposedly contacted by Aust Post but a password was requested which rang alarm bells. It was obviously a scam. However, when I contacted Ninelife the response was immediate and in a couple of days the problem was solved. In summary the problems were not related directly to your company .
